I had a accesswireless phone(coolpad model *** ) less than a year It froze up and I sent it for repair to *** *** *** *** *** *** *** He repaired it and sent it *** to my address*** sent it back to the shipper.***.* received it but, can't find the phoneAcknowledges someone signed for it but, doesn't know whoI have emails attesting to this fact

I bought two coolpad phones, neither one of them has lasted more than six months; metro will not give me my money back eventhough there is a one year factory warranty, the phone calls numbers by itself, displays videos and pics upside down, takes more than minute for camera to work, applications just quit, dials numbers repeatedly, won't take a charge, takes forever to get to an application and ad infinitumI want to be reimbursed 180>for two crappy phones

I purchased a coolpad cell phone for my son for his birthdayIt worked for a few weeks then it stopped recharging the batteryI thought it was the battery so I sent the phone back for warranty work they received it and returned it in a timely manorAfter receiving the phone back , it was doing the same thingI have the same phone so I put my battery in it to see if the phone would workIt didn't recharge my battery either so it was the phoneI called and they told me to send it back again That was November 16th, I have not got phone back yet and I have called at least times in the past weeks and they say that they sent the problem to hire management but nothing ever happensI just want my phone back working or a new oneI was hoping some one could help because I am not getting anywhere and my son still don't have a phone
