Review: I bought two sofas from this company in August 2015. They sent one of the sofas and a chair I didn't order. The company told me to keep the chair to show goodwill for their mistake. The company said they would send the sofa I ordered. The company never sent the sofa. I've constantly contacted the company by phone and email. When I call, the people I need to talk to are conveniently unavailable. I leave my contact information and the reason for calling, but they have never called me back. They do reply to email, and they told me the sofa was built and shipped. The shipping information given to me was incorrect. The shipping company didn't have anything listed in my name. I asked the sofa company for the invoice of the supposedly shipped sofa, but they failed to produce it. The sofa company no longer answers my emails. I have the original order invoice, shipping invoice and email contact history with the company. I think the guy was lying the entire time and never made my sofa. I want my money back, because the company failed to complete my order.Desired Settlement: The order was made in August, and they failed to complete delivery as of now. I received half of my order, but they have lied to me for months. I want to keep the items that were sent and receive a full refund for their appalling customer service.

Review: I paid $600.00 cash up front for a custom made sofa on 8/22/15. I was coerced into doing so by a promise of a quality sofa and a better deal. After missing the delivery date of the sofa to my home by a week (3 weeks in stead of 2 weeks) I found that the sofa was very low grade and poorly made. It is severely uncomfortable and certainly not a $600.00 sofa. It was initially difficult to get a hold of the "decision" maker at first - calls not returned, until I sent an email asking for my money back, did I get a phone call. I reached out to both the general manager, [redacted] and the owner of the store, Rolf for a solution, and my thoughts is that maybe if it was reupholstered it might make it at least something to sit on. In requesting this from the store they want to charge me an additional $400.00 to reupholster the sofa. Now making this very low quality sofa a total of 1K+. I paid the cash up front in good faith and I would like a total refund of $600.00. The sofa is covered sitting in my garage of no use. I had a professional well versed in constructing sofas look at it and told me that this sofa is poorly constructed and couldn't understand what they did when making the sofa.Desired Settlement: Full refund of my money, and I will deliver the sofa to their store.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They have no respect for customers and are incredible rude. They blatantly lie as well. As others have noted, the shipping times are completely wrong and they are not good about getting back to customers. We took of a whole day of work on the day the piece was to be delivered - even called in the morning to confirm and it never showed. Been trying all day to talk to someone in charge and get a refund but they are always "out on a sales call."

Also one of the Google reviews is actually from there owner, artificially inflating their score.
