Coolvig Enterprise

I am frustrated with how Coolvig Enterprises handles quotes. It was very unprofessional. First, Ezra came to my house to look at the project. We needed to have some concrete poured in the basement. Well, he told me it would take "all day" and that it would be less expensive to charge me the price for the entire day. I wasn't sure how long it would take, so I agreed to the initial bid, which I should not have done because two guys came over to pour the concrete and it took all of 2 hours! What a ripoff. He charged me $1000 for a measly job and they left all the garbage behind as well. He also claimed four men came to do the job and only two came. He charged us for the price of four men working for four hours. Not true at all. And I want to add that he lost our information and didn't even come to do the job on the day he said he would come over. He wandered the neighborhood looking for our house and then said he would come back another day. That's also very unprofessional.
