Review: Cooper & Cooper is a Real Estate company that lures into paying a $250.00 and makes false promises regarding finding you an apartment especially if you have less than perfect credit. Company representatives claim to have relationships with the landlords (they do not and cant get you an apartment). What they do is charge you a $250.00 fee and do nothing. The company is a scam!Desired Settlement: I want my $250.00 back....
