At midnight on Jan. 22, 2016 when we had 4 inches of snow on the ground, Jim
W[redacted] of Roscoe Brown, Inc. came to our rescue. He could not repair the heat that
night, but brought heaters to keep us warm. At 7:30 the next morning, he was
back to make a change to the heating system that would give us heat until the new
part came in. Today, he added the new part. . H e did all of this with a wonderful cheerful attitude in spite of the fact it was 11 degrees last Friday night and he was
really tired from helping others before us. THIS IS WHY WE They truly are here
to help.

Plumber [redacted] of Roscoe Brown was very thorough, knowledgeable, professional, & polite...this company should consider themselves lucky [redacted] came to them...he puts the Pro in Service Pro...will ask for him in the future...wish all service techs were like him!!

I would like to recognize the outstanding service and friendly manner we experienced today with our service technician, Dana K from Roscoe Brown. He was most helpful and thorough in maintenance service for our two units. We will request him for any other needed services in the future.

Dana K was polite and professional. He took his time and went above and beyond.

Chris was a very hard worker but took time to explain what was going on with our system. He was polite and very professional but tried very hard to make sure we were pleased with his service. He was knowledgable about our heater and made sure it was in good working order for the upcoming winter season

Dana K[redacted] serviced my heat and air conditioning units and was excellent. He was very nice and I felt he knew what he was doing. I give him an A+ for his service.

Ryan was very knowledgeable, professional and did a complete check up of my unit. Ryan was organized and cleaned up after himself. Ryan fixed the problem made sure the air was on before leaving. I would highly recommend Ryan.

We have used Roscoe Brown for our heating and air and loved their customer service but when our hot water heater went out, I called to see if they could take a look at it. I was expecting to be told it would be a couple of days at least but they sent someone right out. Joe P. was fantastic. He told me the problem, told me what it would take to repair it, and what it would take to replace it. Because the heater was 10 years old, it only made sense to replace it. Again, thinking I would have to wait another day or two, Joe told me he would go pick up the heater and it would take about an hour to install. I could have set my watch by him. He and Frankie did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves so you would never have known they were there. I would not hesitate to recommend Roscoe Brown for your heating and air And now plumbing issues. Thanks!

HVAC technician Dana came out for the semi-annual check up on my Carrier system. He was polite (like I have found all Roscoe Brown employees), he was thorough and made sure the system was functioning properly. I think the semi annual check up is a wise investment. I continue to be impressed with Roscoe Brown's customer service and professionalism!

We have used Roscoe Brown for all our heating and air conditioning needs since 2003. The company and all of their installation and service people are very qualified, professional and on time. Dana has done the last three maintenance service call for us and we are very pleased with his service and look forward to him coming back for the spring service maintenance.

Have used Roscoe Brown for a year and have found that the service technicians have also ways been professional and very knowledgeable and explained things in common language.

Roscoe Brown responded quickly to our after-hours call tonight and sent Chris F. to repair our HVAC unit. Chris was super friendly, answered our questions, and diagnosed and repaired our unit in no time. Great service!

Dana K. did an excellent job. Found a problem and informed me of it and the price. Fixed the problem and heat pump is working very well.

Roscoe Brown's tech was efficient and informative. He was Chris F. He did a great job.

Roscoe Brown is always responsive and promt.

Joe did a good job installing the new control valve for the shower including putting in a new access panel and cleaning everything up when he finished.

This was Dana's first time with us. He was very personable and did a thorough job. We'd like to have him back!

After successfully using the company for many years, I had a very bad experience yesterday. I made an appt and he was to arrive between 3 and 5 pm. He arrived at almost 6pm, however he did call and say he was wrapping up another call. I understand this, however when he arrived I saw how he must run late on all calls.
Before even looking at the unit, he proceeded to try to "educate" me on all things heating and air as well as try to sell a service contract and was quite persistant.
At this point it was after 6pm and I am getting annoyed. He didn't seem to know what the issue was but did note that I needed a new thermostat since my unit is 21 years old and has the old style. At almost 7:30 and after two attempts, visibly reading the instructions to the thermostat and calling someone for assistance he was "finished".
Obviously I don't feel very confident in the service and will most likely not call the company again. There are countless heating and air contractors so I feel like the company should try to hire or train technicians that are competent.

We have a geothermal unit in our home which is quite different than the usual HVAC. I have consistently worked with Chris F. from Roscoe Brown since we built the house in 2013/2014. I can't say enough great things about Roscoe Brown and, especially, Chris!! He's been to our house on nights and weekends to fix (what ended up being) small problems. He's always nice, thorough and efficient. He never fails to take time to explain to me what's going on, too!

Chris F. is a wonderful representation of Roscoe Brown in the Murfreesboro community!

The technician was very professional and was able to help us with our issue related to our Nest. Very good experience and would definately request Chris to be our technician again.
