All of Mr. [redacted]'s concerns of improper repair, installation and punch lists have been completed to his...
satisfaction. A new window has been installed, the kitchen sub-floor has been taken out and a new one replaced it and new linoleum has been installed. The building permit has been closed out and signed off by the building official. Spray foam insulation has been applied to the box plate.
