We apologize for the time that it took to complete your workWe have repaired the vehicle and returned it to the customer on 3-01-

We have contacted the insurance company and they have told us that they have now dropped cooper motor as a [redacted] *** select company and that we need to contact the owner there which we have multiple times nowThe thing is the claim has been fully paid nothing else owed by the insurance company this complaint is because the work wasn't done right and we keep having problemsAgain they said this falls directly onto cooper motor company as well as cooper motor company has made apologies and takes responsibility but that does not get my car fixed or satisfy as to why it is still at their shop for months nowThe car they have given us to drive is not suitable and how are we to keep paying for satellite radio and cannot use it because they still have my carMy car is a 30,dollar car and the one I am driving is a to thousand dollar carFurther my wife has gotten off work missed time because they said it would be ready and it wasn'tthis is not good business at all

two previous attempts paint still not right would like to take to other company to get fixed correctly and cooper to pay for itWe don't want to keep dealing with coopers as they have not been truthfully with usWe actually had another dealership to comment on the paint not being right and how the it was peelingwe tried trading the car and because of the poor paint job we could not tradeI just want my car fixed properly and on a timely and professional manner

The Company was called by our insurance company and our insurance company is now taken the issue overSo, as far as the complaint you can close it but they have yet to apologize to my wife for the rude commencements made to her, and they sure do not deserve an a+ business rating.

The customer had inspected the vehicle and took delivery on Thursday as plannedThe Next Monday he had left a message for a return callI returned the call and spoke with his wife, She asked about having another shop look at the work she was unhappy withI informed her to have them to look at it and bring me an estimate by and we would be glad to look at that optionI have not heard back from customer or received an estimate

company this complaint is because the work wasn't done right and we keep having problems. Again they said this falls directly onto cooper motor company as well as cooper motor company has made apologies and takes responsibility but that does not get my car fixed or satisfy as to why it is still at their shop for 2 months now. The car they have given us to drive is not suitable and how are we to keep paying for satellite radio and cannot use it because they still have my car. My car is a 30,000 dollar car and the one I am driving is a 14 to 15 thousand dollar car. Further my wife has gotten off work missed time because they said it would be ready and it wasn't. this is not good business at all
