I'm reaching out in regards to a complaint that our received via Revdex.com by a [redacted] and [redacted]. It is true that they stopped into our dealership searching for another vehicle due to opposite shifts that they worked. Also it is true that I had sat them down and received [redacted]'s...

information for a credit application. Only her information, due to the comment that they wanted to build her limited credit up! They wanted a smaller SUV or cheaper truck, with there limited credit I told them that It would be a stretch to get them into something like that! I brought up the idea that a car might be more of possibility, [redacted] was willing to do that as [redacted] had a slight hick up. I also stated that with this limited credit score that it was going to be more of a numbers game then picking out your dream car, at this time they were content with this. I stated that I would try my best and it may take sometime to get this deal rolling, expressing all of my options towards multiple banks to make this happen for them. It is true that I called back and received [redacted]'s information, trying to paint the best picture for the banks possible. I expressed that option towards my lenders and that was also a no go. The phone number that I was given from them in the next day or so was "currently disconnected". We as a dealership are not able to reach out to someone who doesn't have a proper line of communication! As he states in his complaint that he did leave us another comment on our website, this is true, but it also had a new phone number then before! We IMMEDIATELY reached out to him with the phone number he had provided! Two different people called and left separate voicemails. We have yet to be reached out by him in regards to our voicemails and or any other problems he might have thought we had!

Review: My wife [redacted] and I stopped in to see what they could do for an alternate or another vehicle for us due to their advertising of helping the public for little to no credit. We had talked to a salesman and gave him our information. He claimed he would need some time that evening to check into options for us and would call us back. We waited and did not receive a call. This salesman did not even offer to show us any vehicles, tell us what they have nor anything. Two days later we got a call only for the salesman asking for my information as well. I gave it to him as requested. He then gave us his word that he would call. It has been now a couple weeks and as of yet not heard anything. I just a few days ago posted the same type of information on their website in the comments and figured we would be contacted and yet still nothing. We have in the past had issues with them on a prior vehicle that was purchased for details not needed to be said at this time. All we are asking is for them to stand up to what they say. [redacted] and I work two different overlapping shifts so a second vehicle is imperative at this point. Is this the way the way they should be doing business?Desired Settlement: 1.) A call regarding with an attached sincere apology and information regarding our credit application we submitted to them.

2.) An exceptional deal on a vehicle that would suit our needs.

3.) Satisfaction that they as customer service would and will go out of there way to do what ever it takes to help.

Review: I bought my car February 26, 2014 part of the purchase contract is a 3,000 mile/3 month warranty. I had my car into a DOT certified mechanic to have an oil change and spark plugs changed out due to the car acting funny, this was on April 2nd, 2014. The mechanic found when doing the spark plugs that the number one cylinder had dropped and there was fluid in where the spark plug is. In addition to the cylinder problem, he found a leak on the backside of the engine where the head gasket, timing block, and number one cylinder meet. My car was also throwing the code P0012 which is for Camshaft Position Actuator. A-Bank 1 timing over-rd. The mechanic wrote all the information down for the dealership cause I still had 450 miles left before I reached the 3,000 miles on the warranty. I called the dealership to notify them and set up when I could bring car in to get work started on it. I dropped my car of On April 7th, 2014 and received a loaner car. At time of drop off I informed the dealership that my car had to be fixed no later than June 7th. I was told that they would have it in the shop in 2-3hrs and start looking it over and give me a call. My car never moved from where I parked it for 4 weeks and they never did call me. I called on the third week just to check in cause I hadn't heard anything, the person I needed was on the other line but would be told to call me. Nothing. On the start of the 4th week I stopped in person, who I needed was not in and the person there just wanted to be rid of me and was very rude and unhelpful. On the 5th week, I made a first call, person I need is with someone at the moment we will have them call you. Second call made at the end of the week got a somewhat decent person (still not who I needed) who told me the mechanic just quit so "They don't know what to tell me". Again, we will call you Monday. This is the start of week 6. Nothing is done with my car it's in the back of the lot, and no one is talking to me. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I want my car repaired properly and returned to me within two weeks with the understanding that it will be checked out thoroughly on the day it is returned to me and if it is not repaired, they will pay the person of my choosing to fix it correctly as well as for the parts needed to repair it properly, OR they will refund ALL money received for my vehichle and I will have it repaired myself with that money, or they can refund ALL money received for my vehichle as well have it back.

Response:

I am writing you in response to complaint number [redacted]. When Ms. [redacted] purchased the 2006 Corolla it was in perfect working condition. Ms. [redacted] drove the vehicle over 2,500 miles before any issues occurred. We have found that the head gasket is out on the vehicle, however, head gaskets are not covered by the 3,000 mile/ 3month warranty. We have provided Ms. [redacted] with transportation by giving her a loaner vehicle free of charge, and we would still like to help Ms. [redacted] but she no longer will respond to our calls or messages. We would be willing to split the repair with her at our facility, it is approximately $900 for the job so her price would be approximately $450.00.

Thank you,
