In response to customer [redacted] complaint, Cooper Oil was not paid by the customer, therefore we could not refund any or all payment. Cooper Oil sent a sub-contractor, whom the customer paid. Customer won't take refund from contractor. It would be between Cooper Oil and the contractor to work out the situation but the customer wants only Cooper Oil to refund money that was not paid to Cooper Oil.
Review: I called Cooper Oil & asked them to fill up my heating oil tank & was told they would deliver oil to my family on Christmas Eve. At around 1pm Cooper Oil called me & told me they were pushing my appointment to Monday. If I had known that I would have called another company to have my tank filled. Now we have to go without hot water & heat until Monday since I have called all of the local oil companies & they are too busy today.Desired Settlement: It would be nice if they found a way to make this up to us since they pulled out of delivery last minute on a Holiday Weekend. I am greatly disappointed.
