I am so disgusted and angry at this, slime bag, snake in the grass, money sucking parasite, slum lord and owner of [redacted] at [redacted] XXXXX and owner of Cooper Properties at [redacted] I got my deposit back today by mail which is $the problem is, they took $as a deduction for damage that doesn't even exist or minimal wear and tear legally allowed as a renterThe deductions are as follows SECURITY DEPOSIT $1, Deductions: Touch up paint interior side door $ Replace stove pans$ Sand and patch nail holes$(a total of pictures throughout the entire bedroom apartmentand six windows which they specifically said must be coveredtherefore needed curtain rods) Replace "Deab" Bolt lock $(although I handed them the keys to the front door, mailbox and laundry which I used once to wash the entire time I lived on their property because it is always dirty) Clean dirty oven $that I use once Touch up paint in apartment $( which had minimal scuff marks due to moving ) Replace fluorescent light $( which I never put in to begin with and didn't know was out because the ceiling was still lit ) Replace basket strainer $( I don't know what this is ) TOTAL DEDUCTION $ After seeing the amount of my refund I headed over to their office angry and frustrated After moving into an apartment with the stench of a "dead rat" and had to endure the smell left in the kitchen wall behind the stove after they removed it being threatened by " [redacted] the property manager" because I wanted my deposit back to move-out but she wouldn't put it in writingair condition shutting off every minutetermites they denied they had until I sent picture evidence and a certified letter stating how overwhelmed I wasbathroom sealing leaking when it rainedmold that is obvious by sent which cause my sons nose to be filled with big clustered bumps from allergies, and headaches my son and I endured walking up and down several steps through soapy water coming from the laundry-room for my entire leasedogs let loose by tenants to roam and bark all nightsand having unprofessional incompetent workers tell me "so!" when I ask if am supposed to live with maintenance worker coming into my apartment while my guest is coming out of the shower in a towel, with prior notice I had reasons to be upset about my money being taken for claims by [redacted] Properties Talking at the top of my voice so I can voice my opinion which I got a chance to do prior, the owner of Casa D'oro/ [redacted] Properties told me to "GET THE FOUT" AFTER ORDERING JAYSON, ***/PROPERTY MANAGER AND ANOTHER FEMALE WORKER OUT OF THE OFFICE, THEN CALLED TWO OF HIS MINIONS TO TRY TO ESCORT ME OUT I am truly heart broken and saddened for the tenants that have no other choice but to turn to these money hungry, low class, disrespectful menaces of the Fort Lauderdale and surrounding communities and a slum lord like #CaldwellCooper that doesn't value any of his tenants health Regards, ***(just to had, I paid my rent past the 3rd only one time out of the whole year because I was disrespected by [redacted] and spoken to like I wasn't paying my hard earned money )

Following Hurricane Irma, *** Properties requested that I endanger my life to get my rent check to them by the 15th or else face a fine
The way this company treats Hurricane Irma victims is reprehensibleHere's what happened to me:
My rent is due on the 15th of every monthI've never been a minute late with it, nor have I ever been anything but respectful when dealing with the landlord, office staff, and maintenance staff (who, by the way, I have to call at least once every two weeks due to the deplorable condition of my unit)
I left my building and headed north on September 7th due to its location less than a mile from the mandatory evacuation zone for Hurricane IrmaMy destination, Atlanta, where I was still holed up on September 12th, also got slammed, with torrential rain, 45mph wind gusts, and hazardous road conditions
When FPL's mobile app stated I still did not have power by the morning of September 12th, I called Cooper Properties to make arrangements to pay

I haven't tenants of Cooper properties within the year will then this year I have had multiple issues with them it started out with the AC being very loud and noisy and making it on able for me to sleep it took them numerous visits to be able to fix this problem and I had to call and complain multiple times after complaining they had fixed it the repair people then locked a cat inside my apartment while I was out of town for the weekend my sister open the door to find a cat locked inside I called to notify them and they asked me what did I want them to do about it and I responded asking them well how would they like it if some cat peeing on their bed and no one knew how that happened and they did not take accountability or even apologize moving forward I had also had called because I had wrote issues constantly which they had bomb the apartment twice and they are still not able to get rid of the German roaches i

Company filed a fraudulent credit report Do not owe company any money, last business dealing was supervised by police the company had called
In I had rented an apartment from Cooper Properties and had to break my lease losing my deposit and when I returned the key, was told that they looked forward to renting to me again in the future
Recently I paid $deposit to look for another rentalBefore I was approved for the rental I went into the office to cancel the requestThe document I signed stated that I would lose $for a filing feeThe office manager stated that he was not giving me back my deposit and called the police to have me removedI waited for the police, showed them the document, and they convinced the manager to return the remaining $of my depositI have attached a copy of the document discussed
I then notice that on my credit report I see a collection from NCC Business Service for $3,I have never been notified of what this debt is for and
