Transmission went out in tahoebeen in service department since They fix it, well week later stop again Two days after it got fix second time the transmission stop againnow for the third time transmission stops workingIts I have not had my truckI had to haVe the truck in shop at least five times since I bought it on
I bought a Mercedes Rfrom them on They lied to me about the suspension of the car which I figured out later onAfter a month it started troubling with Transmission and Power steeringThis car had couple of leaksI had to fix thatAgain after 3-months the suspension was completely down and at that time a leak was found in trans fluidI fixed thatThe car dealer sold a warranty to me and I was told its a bumper to bumper warrantybut the warranty company refused to cover those repairsI already spent a lot of money to repair the car which is almost my car priceAgain a week ago the power steering went downI cant drive my carand I don't want to spend any more money on itI am also paying a high interest on finance of the car, which the dealer hide to me at the purchase timewhatever, I have been carried the car for a year and I can't take it any moreI am so tired of fixing itI barely could drive miles in a year since I bought itMost of the time I had to leave it at repair shopsI just want to get rid of the carthe dealer sold a bad, real bad car to meIn a single word, I was cheated by themThey should not do this kind of businessI would tell everybody not to do any business with Twins Auto SalesI need a suggestion or way to get rid of this carplease any one help me out

These people are the WORST!!! First Al Saad lied to me about not doing trade ins when their commercial clearly advertise it, he lied to me about the car note price being cheap, he made me spend more money on insurance when I already have insurance, Al Saad refuse to come to an agreement to cancel the contract when I never left the car lot with the Dodge NitroThese people are scam artists preying on uneducated people for their moneyI really regret the fact I didn't do my research on these people before I signed the contract
Was referred here by a friend who knew the owner- boy was that a mistakeI should have known not to do business with Twins as soon as I walked in the door to this place- dirty, and seedy just like their business in generalHeard two salesman trying to talk folks in to 20%+ interest rates the moment I walked in- talk about ruining lives
Anyway...I trusted the person who referred me here and Twins had exactly the car I was looking to buy and was willing to bring it to my home to accommodate my work schedule which was greatI purchased the vehicle and put 12k down payment on a 24k vehicle
Reason #I would never send my worst enemy here- I tell Al the salesman/owner I am pre-qualified through my bank for financing at 3.50%, he insists on using their financing- fineAs I am signing I ask the rate as he had not offered it and it was 6.875%!!! He tried to sneak and almost double my interest rate!! After some back and fourth he dropped itMind you I have almost credit score and paid for half this vehicle in cash
Reason #I would never send my worst enemy to Twins- We had to ship this car in from another stateWas assured it was in excellent condition, clean carfax, only one ownerThe vehicle arrives a few days later with rust spots, dents, scrapes so deep you can see the door itself and STUNKI was so upset I wouldn't even drive the car as I didn't want to be liable to keep itI call Al- the owner and salesman and tell him to take the car back- it was not as describedHe admits that he saw the vehicle and was going to recommend I bring it in to his shop to be fixedI cannot believe any salesman in the world would see a vehicle in that condition and still bring it to someones doorHe refused to take this vehicle back even though I was lied to about the condition- claiming he made no money on the deal and that I could have anything fixed under the warrantyWho buys a car to have it in the shop immediately under warranty repairs???
For several days I go back and fourth with this terrible man as he talks down to me, and argues with me to the point of tears- telling me to get a lawyer and asking if I am threatening him- clearly doesn't respect women whatsoeverIn the end I am stuck with this vehicle and stuck bringing it up to his seedy shop to fix
Another week goes by and Al calls saying he is ready to bring the vehicle back to meUpon my boyfriend and I asking if all the issues were fixed one by one we discover they were notGo figure he is trying to take shortcuts....Two days after that my car is back and looking good appearance wise....I even thanked him

After spending hours on paperwork and hour for their guy to put the tracker on my truck, I noticed by gauges were not working at all(Uknown gas, unknown speedometer)The instructed me to go their affiliated lots for repairUpon arriving to the second lot I first told they would give me a loner car while mine was in repairUnfortunately the car was being so I had to choice but to waitDuring that time I ran out of gas times and receive a moving violation ticket because of my unknown speed I returned to the car lot to see loner car was available, I was then told they don't do loner cars as.this was being said by the man that first told me they did I called the dealership back and was giving the run around of a error they made themself selling me a vehicle that was unsafe to drive I finally was given a mechanic.shop to take.the truck to as.I did Once the repairs were done the dealership refused to pay for the repair and the mechanic was holding my truck in till payment was due I had to pay $today and.the dealership only.paid $ I basically spent $on a repair I wasn't responsible forIf I knew this dealership conducted business like.this I would have never spent my money with themHorrible service since day one
Horrible my ss and birthdate was compromised I had someone else address ss dob and private info I was humiliated promoised a vehicle for several days the bank didnt approve it had miles on it I was stranded over looked and I missed a days pay at work also no one offered to even see to it I got transpotrt back home
I was shown a vehicle that required workThe front and back bumper was damaged and the sides were dentedI was told to put down a deposit to hold the vehicle and that it would take days for the parts to come in as well as repairThey had me sign documents but did not give me a copy in order to hold the vehicle
They told me the vehicle was ready so I went to pick it upI got there and it still looked the sameThey said it was considered wear and tear but then they agreed to fix the bumper and the light once I told them I did not want the vehicle & would like my deposit back if they could not agree to what they promised
He told me my deposit was non-refundable and they can get the bumper fixed and I can take the truck or forfeit my deposit
He told me they had already received funding and the truck was already in my nameThis was all a lieI called the credit company to verify and they stated no funds were released

I called and left a message for a free estimate on guttering for my home Mr*** called me and said he would check his schedule and call me backHaven't heard from himI called again and tried to leave a message but his mailbox was full so I could notleave him another messageDoesn't give me a good feeling about his credibility
I purchased a Ford Focus we flex fuel drove good for two months then transmission messed up and the starter messed up! I take it twins they refer me to ford dealer which they found twelve problems engine leaking oil pan not on oil filter not on starter not working key is messed up! They will not fix anything and told me it’s two to three weeks and no loaner car! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE HIGH INTEREST DAMAGED CARS AND WONT FIX! They gave me a wrong key and now I have to pay for a key which they won’t replace
