Our records indicate that the customer purchased four tires on February 4”, 2016, We did receive a callfrom the customer in March at which time the customer stated that they had the tires rebalanced atanother facility and noted some cosmetic damage to his wheels which they wanted to be... compensatedfor, At that time the customer was instructed to bring the vehicle in so we could inspect the damage. Wenever heard from the customer again until July 8th, 2016. At which time the customer left a messageinforming us that they were going to file a complaint with the RevDex.com if we did not get intouch with them. We would have attempted to contact the customer but they did not leave a contactnumber.As for the customer’s claini that somebody else told them that the shake was from the tires never beingbalanced. That is completely false. We have been in the tire business for over 60 years and balancing isactually included into the pricing of every new passenger or light truck tire. There is absolutely no waythat four new tires got out of our shop without being balanced, If the customer had informed us that theyhad a problem with the balance we would have gladly rechecked the balance of the tires at no charge.We were never given the opportunity to rectify any problems there may or may not have been with thebalance. The fact that the customer took the tires to another facility to check the balance was his choiceAs to the damage to the wheels. We were never afforded an opportunity to assess the wheels. Thevehicle had been driven for nearly a month in winter weather conditions and worked on by at least oneother facility, so before making any decisions we would have needed to look at the wheels.In summation, all of the customer’s concerns could have been addressed simply by them allowing us theopportunity to attempt to do so.Sincerely,PRESIDENTCOOPER TIRE & AUTO
