he information contained, herein, is correctI have recd a letter from Blackhawk which states that my investigation is ongoing and should have a letter confirming their investigation into the fraud claim within monthsmonths, seriously? If Cooper had done their jobs correctly, there would be no need for a fraud investigation, ditto, Blackhawktsk tsk on the both of themI will advise when the issue has been resolved Thank you very much for your help [redacted] ***

On April 18th, we received a submission from Mr [redacted] for the rebate offer ***. This rebate was running from 3/1/2017 to 3/31/2017, however the invoice he sent showed a purchase made on 4/13/2017. We reached out to him via email on 5/2/2017 to notify him that his claim had been denied as the... purchase was made after the end of the promotion. When he called back, we explained to him that his submission could not be validated as the purchase was made outside of the promotion dates.Based on the additional information he has provided, we have decided to make a time exception and honor this rebate.A $70 rebate card was mailed to him yesterday, on 5/9/17 to: [redacted] ***We called him today, 5/10/2017 to let him know that the new card was on its way. Thank you!

The customer submitted for the rebate and the invoice did not specify what tires were purchased. Since the rebate is specific for which tires are eligible it was denied because the tire model could not be verified from the invoice provided. The customer resubmitted sending the same invoice which did...

not specify which tires were purchase, he did send in the rebate form highlighting the model that was purchased but circling the model on the rebate form does not qualify a rebate as we need the invoice from the store to show the purchased tires for us to qualify for a rebate. As a result, his re-submission was denied again for the same reason. When the customer called in again the re-submission period had ended, this was shared with the customer. After receiving the complaint we reviewed the submission again and contacted the store where he made his purchase to confirm the tire model that was purchased which could not be identified on the invoice that was sent in and we made a one time exception to approve this submission. We contacted the customer that the rebate was approved and that the rebate will be mailing out next week.
