This company will rip you off BEWAREI have service with them and I am moving out of the area and state I am in a two year contract so I called and asked what I could do about it since it is out of network area and I am on an unlimited in network areaWell I can pay per line for early cancellation even though they don't have service therewhat does this mean well in network it is unlimited and out of network I get gigs of data so even though I am paying for unlimited and I am moving out of state where they don't offer service I will still pay for unlimited but I will be limitedBut Tiffany the CSA I talked to was nice enough to treat me like trash and then tell me she would be more than happy to charge me more for out of area network data Bless her heartThey offer subpar service at a king ransom rate
I had to get a new phone since my last one was accidentally dipped into the water while fishingNo luck getting the phone back, I was incurred a fee of $just to get a phone replacementAfter paying the fee, I was also given a new number, even though I asked if I could keep my last number and they said yesNow I can't get my old number back after calling support over and over, and now I don't have access to many of my accounts such as github, tumblr, google, and facebook all because of the Two Factor Authentication that Nemont wouldn't provide back

Nemont has refused to unlock the carrier lock they've placed on my iphone 6s+ so that I can move to a service that provides 4g and more reasonable rates in my area
In accordance with H.R- Unlocking Consumer Choice and Wireless Competition Act it is illegal for them to refuse to unlock a device that I own and have paid for
They should either refund me for the locked phone they've sold without proper notification, or they should abide by the law and unlock the phone
I have been very happy with the service provided by NemontWe have a fiber optic connection to our house that has been super fast, even with the kids on tablets, game consoles, or Netflix (and I've got kids...)And trust me, the kids would be howling about the "lag" in their games if there was anyCustomer service was very helpful and friendly the one time that I had to call themWe've had their triple play package (Internet, Phone, TV) and haven't experienced any problemsTheir tv boxes even have the Vudu app installed on them!
