THIS COMPLAINT IS COMPLETELY FALSE [redacted] ASKED US TO DRESS UP THE "HOW SWEET IT IS" FOR HER MOTHER'S BIRTHDAYWHICH WE DIDSHE IS LOOKING AT THE PREMIUM ARRANGEMENT WHICH IS PRICED AT $SHE ORDERED THE AS SHOWN FOR $PLUS WE HAVE A $DELIVERY PLUS FOR THE H.BBALLOON AND $FOR TAXWE OFFERED HER TO PICK UP ARRANGMENT AND SHE DECLINE AS HER MOTHER LOVED HER BIRTHDAY FLOWERSOUR POLICY IS HR FOR FLOWERS AS WE CAN'T CONTROL WHAT THEY DO TO THEM AFTER DELIVERYOUR STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY PATIENT AND KIND AS WE DEAL WITH ALOT OF ELDERY PEOPLEOUR POLICY AND EMAIL IS ALWAYS ON OUR WEBSITEWE WILL NOT REFUND AS SHE ASKED US TO DRESS UP FOR HER MOTHER'S BIRTHDAYIF SHE WANTED EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURE WE WOULD HAVE MADE HER THAT.THIS IS SO SAD THAT HER MOTHER LOVES THE FLOWERS

Was offered to be picked up and *** refusedNever was charge for upgraded arrangementShe got what she paid for as shown arrangement and a balloon

I am rejecting this response because:I'm sorry, but this person is just lyingI did not make any special requestsI simply ordered the flowers as shown on the websiteThey are speaking on behalf of my mother which is completely unprofessionalThey never spoke with my mother and she never offered her opinion on the arrangementThe employee also told me my mother said she loved the vase, which after speaking with her also proved to be falseThis employee has fabricated a situation that did not occurI spent extra money to upgrade the flowers and the picture of the upgrade is on the websitePicture on website was nowhere near an actual representation of the product receivedThe employee was not helpful or professional as she argued with me for over half an hour about how tall the arrangement was, how it was "better" than what was shown on the internet, and how my mother "loved" the vaseIf I wanted something else, I wouldn't have asked for that specific arrangementSomething I didn't even mention in the first part of the complaint is that they charged me extra for the balloon than is priced onlineIf they don't want to reimburse me, they should not be allowed to advertise online, because their advertising is completely fraudulentIf the flowers had gone to me, I would have returned them immediately, but they were sent to my mother out of stateAfter speaking with the manager, and I never did get a name, they rescinded their offer to take back the flowersThere has to be something done to prevent businesses from taking advantage of situations like theseI was NOT offered any remedy for this situationI said I wanted to speak to the managerAs soon as I got the manager's response I accepted the offer to return the flowersThey rescinded their offer to do that immediately.To restate my point, my mother did not order the flowersShe did not pick the arrangementShe did not pay for the flowersI ordered a specific arrangementI payed extra money for the larger bouquetI did not ask for different or less flowersI did not ask for a different vaseI ordered the bouquet by name, with a picture of the upgraded bouquet available, and a physical description of the flowers included in the arrangementThe employee did not have a conversation with my mother about the flowers or vase, and even if she had, it does not matterMy mother had no idea I was sending her flowers much less what was supposed to be in the arrangementThis company has used the internet to scam me and taken advantage of the situation due to my being out of stateThis company did not provide the product I ordered nor a solution to the problem
