Review: I had a 3 yr landline phone contract which exp in Jan of 2014. I called the company in Feb. To cancel service in March I received a bill for 16,000.00. I contacted the company and they stated that my contract had been renewed for another 3 yrs without my consent. I faxed them a written request to cancel this service as requested in march from them. I have just received another bill for 16,000.00 plus according to them for canceling a contract that I never renewed. Please Help.Desired Settlement: Services to stay cancelled and billing to be discontinued.
