Coopers Carpet Care

If you need your carpets cleaned, call [redacted] at Cooper's Carpet Care. He cleaned my carpets last night (first time we had a professional do it I a lonnggg time). Oh my gosh, the carpets look awesome. Tonight, when I got home from work, I opened the door and BAM, the smell hit me! The dog has pooped A LOT on my clean carpet. I wanted to cry!! I held my breath and got most of it cleaned.
As I was about to clean the spot with my little Bissel cleaner, I thought, hmmm, wonder if [redacted] is close by. Called him---he wasnt but said he would be here within the hour. Came out, cleaned the mess and didnt charge me for the call. He said to "Tell your neighbors I did a good job and didnt come back because I didnt clean the carpet well, the first time."
Well, [redacted], consider it done!! THANK YOU!
