I have been making payments on a vehicle from this company, and it has been over 5 months and I still haven't received my plates or registration. I have tried multiple times to resolve this issue and have gotten nowhere.
The car dealership that I am leasing my car from repossessed my vehicle number one they said that it was repossessed due to lack of of insurance I do have insurance ready and set in place to get that ready but once I spoke with the dealership they said because my car had damage to the exterior part my vehicle that I had to get that fixed before they released the car back to me and I just wanted to see are they able to this to me when I dont have anything in my contract saying that they can take my because of damage
Hello, In reference to this complaint, *** was purchasing the vehicle, not leasing it. He was in an accident with a Lyft driver whom was at fault. This caused over $2450 worth of damage to the vehicle. *** refused to give us the Lyft drivers information so we could process the insurance claim. We had to pay out of our own pocket to fix the vehicle. The contract states that the customer will maintain financial responsibility on vehicle at all times. *** did Not have Any insurance at all on this vehicle when he had the accident. The vehicle was repossessed for not having insurance on the vehicle. Thank you in advance
I purchase the vehicle the second day I started having issues they promised me if I return the vehicle that they will fix it I return the vehicle twice they avoided fixing the vehicle by telling me they didn't have a loaner vehicle to give me that I will have to leave the vehicle for a few days to they could get for them to get to it I also told them this is my only transportation that was the point of me purchasing a vehicle from them he went on by saying over and over again we guarantee our customer satisfaction if you purchase a car from us any issues you will have in the next 7 days it's our responsibility to replace it or give you another vehicle they failed to do so they also called and left me rude messages because I told him I was moving forward to report them they also try to pretend that I failed to make payments but I have a receipt showing that my payment wasn't due until the 28th but they tried to tell me it was due on the 22nd so they could take the vehicle from me without using to fix the problem that has still been going and on continue to go.
To whom it may concern, on or about 8-31-18 *** purchases 2002 Gold Honda Accord from Coopers Cars & Credit LLC. her down payment was $500.00 with a differed payment of $149 due on 9-8-18 which she didn't pay until 9-14-18. Which left her in default for 1st payment. She had another payment due on 9-22-18 which she didn't pay.

*** I have proof that all the information they have advice you of is incorrect ,they also informed me that they can fabricate the paperwork.... and there's nothing..... I'll be able to do about it.... more like the" Company" words over customers.... It was some complaint against this business previous years ago.... also too advise you they're changed the name because they had allegations pending against them as well.... All!! I want is my refund of $500.00 we have proof... It's all false information.
