$49.95 PLUS WE HAVE A $10.00 DELIVERY PLUS 3.99 FOR THE H.B. BALLOON AND $4.55 FOR TAX. WE OFFERED HER TO PICK UP ARRANGMENT AND SHE DECLINE AS HER MOTHER LOVED HER BIRTHDAY FLOWERS. OUR POLICY IS 24 HR FOR FLOWERS AS WE CAN'T CONTROL WHAT THEY DO TO THEM AFTER DELIVERY. OUR STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY PATIENT AND KIND AS WE DEAL WITH ALOT OF ELDERY PEOPLE. OUR POLICY AND EMAIL IS ALWAYS ON OUR WEBSITE. WE WILL NOT REFUND AS SHE ASKED US TO DRESS UP FOR HER MOTHER'S BIRTHDAY. I am rejecting this response because:I'm sorry, but this person is just lying. I did not make any special requests. I simply ordered the flowers as shown on the website. They are speaking on behalf of my mother which is completely unprofessional. They never spoke with my mother and she never offered her opinion on the arrangement. The employee also told me my mother said she loved the vase, which after speaking with her also proved to be false. This employee has fabricated a situation that did not occur. I spent extra money to upgrade the flowers and the picture of the upgrade is on the website. Picture on website was nowhere near an actual representation of the product received. The employee was not helpful or professional as she argued with me for over half an hour about how tall the arrangement was, how it was "better" than what was shown on the internet, and how my mother "loved" the vase. If I wanted something else, I wouldn't have asked for that specific arrangement. Something I didn't even mention in the first part of the complaint is that they charged me extra for the balloon than is priced online. If they don't want to reimburse me, they should not be allowed to advertise online, because their advertising is completely fraudulent. If the flowers had gone to me, I would have returned them immediately, but they were sent to my mother out of state. After speaking with the manager, and I never did get a name, they rescinded their offer to take back the flowers. There has to be something done to prevent businesses from taking advantage of situations like these. I was NOT offered any remedy for this situation. I said I wanted to speak to the manager. As soon as I got the manager's response I accepted the offer to return the flowers. They rescinded their offer to do that immediately.To restate my point, my mother did not order the flowers. She did not pick the arrangement. She did not pay for the flowers. I ordered a specific arrangement. I payed extra money for the larger bouquet. I did not ask for different or less flowers. I did not ask for a different vase. I ordered the bouquet by name, with a picture of the upgraded bouquet available, and a physical description of the flowers included in the arrangement. The employee did not have a conversation with my mother about the flowers or vase, and even if she had, it does not matter. My mother had no idea I was sending her flowers much less what was supposed to be in the arrangement. This company has used the internet to scam me and taken advantage of the situation due to my being out of state. This company did not provide the product I ordered nor a solution to the problem.
