We are pleased to make the accommodation requested by our long-term prior client and waive our modest $143.71 fee. We simply note that the deadline mentioned by the client was merely a deadline to respond to the settlement offer. It was not a deadline to cancel the case after we had already obtained...

a successful result. However, we are waiving this fee and we wish our former client the best of luck in her new home.
