In response to the complaint made by *** *** regarding the delivery made to her address on 9/26/ The customer called and spoke with a customer service representative on 9/25/and requested that we schedule a fill of her fuel tank She said that the
tank would take approximately gallons to fill and asked how much that quantity of fuel would cost She was given an estimate on the cost of the delivery assuming the tank took a quantity of gallons to fill We had no way to give her an exact cost prior to delivery as we did not know the exact quantity it would take to fill her tank.We filled the customer’s tank as per her request and were given a check for payment in full for the delivery We then received a phone call from the customer saying the delivery had cost more than she had expected and she did not want it after all This information was relayed to the General Manager and the customer was told that since she had ordered the fuel she was responsible for the bill.As to the customers complaint regarding time of delivery we do not guarantee times for delivery The drivers’ routes are determined each morning based on the locations of the deliveries that have been scheduled for that day They work in order of where each location falls on their route and this can change throughout the day if there are additional deliveries called in We then received the complaint from the Revdex.com on 10/27/ The complaint was relayed to the General Manager and the owner The owner contacted the customer on 10/29/and Coopers will pump out the difference in gallons between what the customer is able to pay for and what we delivered We will complete the pump out the week of 10/30/and issue a check to the customer for the difference in funds
