surprised by the complaint because the entire table ate all their meals. When she checked on the table after they started their meals, the customers stated that "everything was delicious'. The customer called the next day and complained to our manager Scott about their meals. Scott had explained our policy to the customer. If a customer dining at our establishment is not satisfied with their meal and complains to their server, the server will then tell the manager about the complaint.
