MacDonald Services was not contracted by [redacted] ** so how he can file a complaint is beyond meI was hired by his parents His parents are very nice people his mom even made me lunchI completed the bathroom remodel on 417Hung called me for the first time (I never saw him or talked to him before that and I was there for a month )that evening at pm he said the water was not hot enough and that the tub spout was lose I said I will come back tomorrow between and to fix it he insisted that was to late and was very pushy I told him that was the best I could do I had an appointment with another customer so when I arrived at he was angry to begin with I went in and made the ajustment to the hot water and told him I had to go get a longer tub spout as I was walking to my truck he started cursing I told him I will not be cursed at and lefthe left me a couple of angry messages I still have them on my phone if you would like to hear themI emailed his mother and told her I will not come back with him thereso I went back on Monday and fix all problems I gave her a credit of for a discoloration the size of a quarter were the chip had been she agreed and signed off on the contract I have a copy signed by [redacted] if you need to see it I think all the issue's have been resolved John M [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I filed the original complaint on behalf of my parents who hired MacDonald and Sons Inc to renovate their bathroom I only became involved after my mother expressed to me her dissatisfaction with the job, and that she felt that she had been taken advantage of When I first spoke to MrM [redacted] he said that he would come back between and 12pm the following day After some discussion we planned for 11am and that he would call if he was going to be late I did not receive any calls and he finally showed up after I made repeated attempts to reach him while we were waiting When he finally arrived, I attempted to go through some of the problems my mother had with his job but he was not hearing any of it Since he did not do a final walk through with my mother, her issues with his work needed to be heard and addressed MrM [redacted] just kept walking away My exact words to him were "I'm trying to go through your work here calmly, don't be a dick." He then threw the spout pipe on the ground and told me to fix it myself MrM [redacted] did return another day to address some of the issues He decided to cut a screw that was sticking out of the wall Now there is no way to ever remove that screw He refused to install a light above the vanity, and left holes in the wall and exposed wires I personally had to patch the holes and install the light My mother is very trusting of people and believed that MrM [redacted] would be professional and do a good job She feels that MrM [redacted] did not communicate effectively and took advantage of her limited English She did not know what she was signing and absolutely wanted a new tub, not a credit She also cares for my father, who has suffered a stroke, and could not supervise the work In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] **

I would like to know exactly what MrM*** is accusing me of lying about My parents have every right to withhold final payment until the job has been completed MrM*** did not actually complete the job because I personally installed the vanity light, patched the holes around the light, and painted My mother said that MrM*** called her multiple times asking for final payment and even made unannounced visits to her home She felt harassed and paid, even though she was not comfortable with it.At this point, I do not think that MrM*** would be able go back and improve the quality of his work Even if he is willing, my family does not believe that he has the necessary skills and the required level of professionalism for my parents to allow him to work on anything in their home.The only thing that my parents want from MrM*** now is an apology They just want him to admit that he was unprofessional, did a poor job, and acknowledge that they are not satisfied with the end result MrM*** never took my parents on a final walkthrough of the "completed" The only explaination is that he was ashamed of the end result My mother has lost a lot of sleep due to MrM***, and she deserves a written apology We will consider the issue resolved once we receive that written apology

well we all now know that *** ** has a potty mouth but now we also know he is a flat out liar I have a picture of the vanity light Installed *** ** did not like the light and ask me to take it down *** ** made us wait weeks for the final payment witch was made 5/**/17 I gave her an additional off so as now all problems have been resolved
