For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I input adults because I did not have the option of one bed in the room like every other standard hotel room I have ever bookedI understand that there is a fire code for this business but it is very misleading to have it stated, "all children are welcome," when they are not accommodating for a young family that does not need a sqftroom with bedsI am still getting quoted different cancellation fees by each partyOne for $and another for $10.02.I have attached the screenshot of the misleading information stated by *** Inn.

Maximum capacity of lodging facilities are set by law to ensure the safety of all guests. The maximum capacity includes children of all ages and they are in fact people. [redacted] made her reservations through [redacted] We were issued her reservation information from them for a room with...

one queen bed, party of 2 adults, no children. Her reservation was processed with the terms and conditions listed below and confirmed directly through [redacted] and directly from our facility. The guest then reached out to both our property and [redacted] stating that she was in fact a party of 4. She was told that the maximum capacity of her room was 2 people, including children of all ages. She had the choice to modify her reservation to a family room that could accommodate her family which she did not take. It is our policy and the innkeepers right by law to deny service to any guest who should exceed the maximum capacity. All terms and conditions are clearly provided for guests to pick their lodging needs to best suit their individual needs. Children are certainly welcome at our faculty as long as it does not exceed that set maximum.  Deposit Policy:100% of the first night will be charged anytime after booking. Cancellation Policy:3 days prior to date off arrival less 5% of the total reservation. Any cancellation within 3 days of arrival, no refund of deposit and booker will be responsible for payment in full of entire reservation.This reservation was in fact cancelled and the 5% fee agreed to was charged. The total reservation cost was $200.48 and the 5% fee is in fact $10.02. We are once again sorry that the information provided and agreed to is now not acceptable to guest.
