Review: I have a [redacted] that I had purchased 4 rims, 4 tires, a 2" leveling kit, mount & balance and a front end alignment approx. 6 months ago from [redacted]. The shop performed all maintenance except the front end alignment which was subcontracted out to a different company. After less than 3 months of driving the vehicle, I noticed the front tires where wearing out abnormally on the inside. I contacted the company at that time and they said they thought it was a hub and bearing issue. I took the vehicle to the hobby auto center on MCAS New River and a certified mechanic performed a short inspection and he said to replace inner and outer tie rods along with upper and lower control arm bushings. Upon doing the maintenance to replace those items, the certified mechanic noticed that the lock nut securing the tie rod end was not tightened causing the wheel alignment to fail. After finding this issue, I contacted the company again and sent pictures. [redacted] the [redacted] told me he would have to speak to the subcontracted company that they sent the vehicle to which perform the wheel alignment to see if they would do anything but he did think they would. The [redacted] at [redacted] also told me to bring the vehicle back to their shop which is about 5 hours away from where I am stationed now and I then told him again that the front tires are completely worn down on the inside and told him it was unsafe for me to drive this vehicle to Virginia. The wheel alignment was purchased through [redacted] and I had no dealings with the company that performed the wheel alignment.Desired Settlement: I request a refund for 2 front tires, mount and balance for 2 wheels and a refund for the front end alignment

I apologize for the delay in the response, however after researching I could not find a Repair Order for this Customer or the type of work done. However after speaking with Mr. [redacted] I found that the work was actually done at [redacted] Speed & Custom which closed on December 31, 2014. I have reviewed the invoice and contacted the company that did the alignment and they stand behind their work and will not take any responsibility. I am willing to reimburse Mr. [redacted] for the 2 tires at 275.00 each for a total of $550.00. Please let me know if he is willing to agree to this settlement and an address to forward. [redacted]
