I am not sure of the circumstances presented in the information I am responding to. However, I have had 5 or 6 orders and never been disappointed. Received orders as promised.
I ordered several cookbooks and some prints and was told they would be delivered 3 months ago. I haven’t received anything and they don’t return calls or emails. I have had the charges removed from my credit card. Don’t order anything from these scam artists. I gave them 2 star because it won’t let me give them zero.
Two "Old Texas Cooking" books were ordered by me from Copano Bay Press on August 10, for a total cost of $I have contacted Copano Bay Press (Mark P [redacted] ) via e mail ( [redacted] ) spproximately six times since the order was made, with no responseI have clicked on "check the status of your order" countless times with no resultsMessages left on their phone ( [redacted] ) are not returnedIt has now been over two months since the order was placed, and I have yet to find out when (if ever!) it will be deliveredCopano Bay Press quickly took my money, but refuses to let me know the status of my orderThis is NOT the way to run a business! I hope at some point the books will be shipped, but I am fearful I am out $HELP!!!!
I have made three separate book orders in the month of June that I have not been received The first order was advertised as "Order now and receive by Fathers Day" and so I did just that but did not get anything I have reached out via email and not received word back as to when I will be receiving them I have tried calling the company only for no one to answer and the the voicemail to be full After getting more concerned I looked at their Revdex.com rating and was shocked So now I'm just hoping to get my books at all because I was truly excited about reading them anyways my Orders were as follows: 6/01/- While I don't have the info on the order the charge is on my Credit Card for Books with tax = $ 6/05/- Letters from the Carnival of Death - Correspondence from Three of Terry's Texas Rangers book with tax = $ 6/14/- A Man From Corpus Christi - The True Adventures of Two Bird Hunters and a Dog in South Texas in the Year book with tax = $
I ordered three books from them and received them within thirty day along with an apology from the president of the company explaining that the delay was due to an internal break-down in standard procedureAs soon as they resolved their internal problem, they shipped the books which arrived the next dayThe books were a bit pricey, but I knew that when I ordered them and they did cover some very important early history of our great State and Nation of Texas
I just want to add to the list of angry customersI'm sorry that I didn't check this business outI, like other victims, was pulled in by their beautifully seductive online presentationsUnlike others, I never received confirmation of my order and saw when my credit card was charged that they tacked on an extra $Repeated efforts to contact them by phone and email have failedPhone calls immediately go to voice mailThey have also started a Go Fund Me page for themselves which appears to have raised a sizable sumStay away from these people! My actual rating is stars

I saw a picture of the State of Texas that Copano Bay was advertising on facebook I ordered the picture, cost $ When the picture arrived days later, it was not the same map I ordered picture of I contacted Copano Bay and explained that I had wanted a different map from the one they sent They explained that they shipped the one I ordered ( which is not the one on facebook ) and it was different NO S__T I requested return info and refund I mailed it back on the 21st of Aug Here it is the of Novthey ignored previous letter I sent on Oct16, requesting my refund I do not believe they even deserve any rating

not been successful Cookbook offered by them and confirmed by
Email on August has not been received to date Numerous
calls to the listed phone number have gone to a overloaded answer
machine or to a disconnect Numerous Emails sent to those listed
on the website as being involved with the company have not met with
any response The book was advertised as recipes of settlers in

Aug 10th I ordered a book that was to be personalized with the name of *** *** Total cost was $which I paid by Debit Card The book has never shipped according to their website status for the order number I have made repeated attempts to reach them by e-mail at *** but have had no response whatsoever from them In my last e-mail I threatened to bring suite in Small Claims court in their jurisdiction if they did not either ship the merchandise to me or refund the full purchase price Again no word from them except repeated robo advertising e-mails sent to me They appear to me to be either unable to perform the work necessary to prepare the book, or they are intentionally defrauding me
