We are following up again with our Mobile App team to make sure a representative contacts the consumer. We will send an update shortlyThank you

Because the customer’s main concern pertained to his customer service experience
at the restaurant, and because there did not appear to be a problem with the app itself, his complaint was forwarded to the franchisee (the business owner) for further response. However, we have been informed by McDonald’s Mobile App Team that they also requested certain details from the customer about his app use so that they may improve future app ordering experiences. Thank you
