*** Home Improvement contract with Ms*** had a start date of 10/16/weather permittingThe completion date of 11/21/was due to the fact that windows had to be reordered because they were made wrong by the manufacturer -*** Home Improvement responded to the first
service call from Ms*** The applicator *** *** went to her home and inspected one crooked windowMs *** was informed that the window installation was correct and that the opening/window sill was crooked making the window appear crooked*** responded to the second service call when Ms *** said some windows were sticking and hard to raise and she requested a general inspectionOn Saturday January 28, at 10am *** *** went to residenceOn inspection ms *** showed him one crooked window which *** agreed with *** that it was the sillShe showed him caulking she wanted redone*** agreed to do thatShe said cold air coming in the windowsHe no air and that day was sunny in the 30sShe said several windows were not insulated*** insulates all windows *** offered to remove trim and show her the insulation and if more was needed he would use moreShe then showed *** a bowed window header and several loose sashesSo on February ***, *** *** *** (the salesman from ***) and the *** factory rep went to the propertyUpon inspection the rep agreed to replace one window and several sashesWe then checked the walls below the window for cold airWe removed an electrical plug plate and felt cold air blowing in through the wall spaceWalls are not insulatedI called Ms *** the next week and told her I had a death in the family and I would be in touch the following weekI also told her I had not received any report or timeframe from the factory rep as of yet and for her inconvenience I would blow insulation in the wall in the sun room where we removed the plate at no cost to herThe next week t*** *** the salesman called Ms *** to set apptto get things in writingShe told him not to come that she wanted full refundMs*** has a good product and a good installation with a strong warranty for her windows*** will not give a full refund*** will complete all previously stated issues

On 6/we responded to Ms*** and informed her that this is a mfg./warranty claim She should call the number on her warranty paperwork We informed her that if she had any problem to please call us back and we would try to help her with the process On 7/she called us
and asked for the serial numbers of her windows We gave them to her and asked her to please contact the Revdex.com and explain our response Thank you,***

*** went to property on may 25th and the gutters were holding water and totally filled with leaves and active green weeds growing in guttersWe cleaned gutters for the second time in months at no chargeInformed *** that she needs to perform maintainence or install gutter guardShe said
her nephew would take care of it from now onAnd she said she would call Revdex.com and withdraw complaint

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint I[redacted]nd have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.It has taken seven months to receive any sort of response from this company in regard to our complaint. We have a signed contract stating our monthly cost, yet Copeco insists that I[redacted] should have known the amount was an error and should be responsible for the payments at the higher amount.  We have communicated our desire to end the lease and to have the equipment removed from our building (several times and to several different Copeco representatives.) We no longer wish to do business with a company that lacks professional service, does not respond to our attempts to communicate, and holds a customer responsible for their error.

8/30=customer said business came on 7/29th and showed how to fix windows and front door and repaired the awning. The window on the end, closest to the front door, gets water on it from the leaking awning. And it still leaks from the awning to behind the siding then down the window on to the front steps when it rains heavy. The repair  done on 7/29 doesn't work. Could they look into that? Best time to reach customer is after 1 or 2:00.

We are responding in reference to complaint I[redacted] filed by [redacted] I believe what we have here is a bit of human error. The customer put in a request to increase the coverage on their copier contract. Our billing coordinator completed an "amendment" reflecting the...

change and stated the increase would be $27.00 which was correct. Our forms are a manually compiled form. At the bottom of the form she listed the current payment at $403.03 and the new payment at $330.03 which is where the error lies. It was apparent the payment would increase $27.00 and the new total would be $430.03.We are putting steps in place to keep this from happening again. As a resolution we would be willing to waive any escalation for the remainder of the lease term which has three and half years until expiration. We regret the human error and apologize for any inconvenience.

He fix gutter but told me to get gutter guard which I though where there over down spout. Also said that he was going to show me gutter guards and fix free of charge (or no charge).This has messed up ceiling in living room and basement walls. Also did not fix awning with support rod.Also doesn't return phone calls.[redacted]

[redacted] spoke with Revdex.com by phone.  He said that the customer keeps coming up with new issues.  He is willing to go out one more time but after that he is going to have to charge. He doesn't believe that the silicone they put in the last time would come out.  He also said that you are going to get some drips when there is an awning up against a house it isn't going to be 100% flush.

Customer left a message with the business today. She said bu came on 5th of July to check on awning supports and gutter screens were in place. Cu did not see them put screens in place. She heard their ladder and that was how she knew they were there. She does not know if  gutter screens are in place. They did measure for support beams, and promised to call next wk to return to fix the support beam on the awning. Please call her first, as customer wants to be there when they put in the support beam. One window does not stay open on its own. They need to look at that, too. It has a 5 yr warranty from August, 2013. Customer also needs to know how to open the windows to clean them. The best time to call is after 1pm.

We will call first and set up appointment to install extra awning column . The gutters strainers were installed a month ago . On July 5 the men set ladders up and asked her if she would like to see them but she was okay with it. She mentioned the problem with the window 8 or 9 months ago but she refused to let us in the house.if she wants us to look at windows she will have to let us in the house. And we will also show her how to operate her windows so she can clean them.
