We will call first and set up appointment to install extra awning column The gutters strainers were installed a month ago On July the men set ladders up and asked her if she would like to see them but she was okay with itShe mentioned the problem with the window or months ago but she refused to let us in the house.if she wants us to look at windows she will have to let us in the houseAnd we will also show her how to operate her windows so she can clean them
[redacted] spoke with Revdex.com by phone He said that the customer keeps coming up with new issues He is willing to go out one more time but after that he is going to have to chargeHe doesn't believe that the silicone they put in the last time would come out He also said that you are going to get some drips when there is an awning up against a house it isn't going to be 100% flush
He fix gutter but told me to get gutter guard which I though where there over down spoutAlso said that he was going to show me gutter guards and fix free of charge (or no charge).This has messed up ceiling in living room and basement wallsAlso did not fix awning with support rod.Also doesn't return phone calls.***
