Copeland Architecture and Construction built our current home in 2006. We love the house, love the modern architecture and would recommend theme to anyone who was thinking of building!

Copeland Architecture and Construction designed and built our house. We worked with Jeff to design the house and he did a great job giving us ideas and trying to convince us what would be best such as I wanted a half bath and he convinced me that in the end, I would want a full bath for the guest room and he was absolutely right because otherwise, guests would have to go downstairs to take a shower/bath. He was excellent to work with on picking out everything from light fixtures to flooring. It can become overwhelming when this is the first house you are building but Jeff made it seem so easy. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to figure our taste out right away. When it came to picking out lighting for example, there are just too many out there to select from so he took the time to narrow down what he thought we would like and gave us options between those. We appreciated his patience and understanding when we asked millions of questions. Bob managed the construction and kept everything moving. We were on the site almost every day and whenever we had a question or concern Bob was readily available to answer our concerns and address them in a professional, courteous manner. The work crews were very knowledgeable in their craft and very professional. We were very impressed with how well the whole team, even Austin, worked together to walk us through this stressful process. In the end we have a beautiful home that we will treasure for years to come.

Copeland Architecture and Construction designed and built our house 12 years. The design and the construction quality were first rate. It was wonderful to have the architect and the construction company in the same firm. We are still in the house. We couldn't be happier with the work done by Copeland.

Copeland Architect and Construction, Inc. designed and built our home in 2000. They were incredibly wonderful to work with, and finished our home under budget and under the timeline. Very professional firm, and took lengths to cater to our needs and changes we made during construction. Such a creative team - above and beyond your average design/construction firm!
