I wish I found Brent before we hired the wrong contractor, the type that everyone warns about, but worseBrent, his team and his subs are experienced, professional and their workmanship shows they have integrityI would highly recommend Copeland Construction for any size and scope of projectBrent will get you through your project, give you what your want and do things right the first time with a fair realistic numberHe is not a change order type of contractor like what we experienced
We had a nightmare experience with our former abandoned contractor who put the wrong trusses on our house leaving us with a crooked ugly roof, no AC plan, did not follow our engineers structural plans, destroyed our pool and our pool equipment went missing, did not nail down or complete the roof, put up furring to give us banana walls, did work out of order, not to code and not per planWe have paid 2-time for almost everything and now we have to open the house to get it structurally rightIt has been the worst experience and financially debilitating
Thanks to Brent C., he was able to quickly provide a detailed report of the scope of damage and was able to be sensitive to our current financial situation caused by the previous contractorBrent started work immediately, took charge and assisted with work above and beyond what I expectedBrent and his team do outstanding work, investigative work and it is amazing to see what we could have had the first timeI am so impressed with *** and his team that I am having him help me finish my entire house from structural to finishes*** has been very fair and it is so comforting to know things are finally being done right and receiving excellent quality workBrent has also introduced me to his great trade resources to finish our houseIf I had originally hired Copeland Construction, I would have received everything I wanted with excellent workmanship and been in the house in 5-months instead of almost years and left with a nightmare treasure hunt of what was done wrong
Don't make the mistake of hiring the salesman type of contractor that low balls and doesn't convey the details and scope to their subs when they bid and then change order you to death and put cheaper materials in your house than what was bid and you will never knowBrent is honest, priced fair, realistic, can get work done early or onetime and Brent will get it done right the first time and you won't incur undue costs laterI highly recommend Brent, he has a concentration of expertise in shell work, but he is a licensed GC with quality sub relationships that all hold Brent is high regardCopeland Construction has been around for a long time, you should have him bid your next project, I promise you won't regret it!
