Copeland Heating & Air

He was supposed to be finding a compressor to replace the one on my parents unitThis was over a month ago and they haven't seen or heard from him sinceMy dad just got out of the hospital from heart surgery and they have no air because they have been waiting on this guy who apparently is not interested in doing his jobVery unprofessional!!! He could have at least told them he wasn't coming back so we could have found someone else by nowSo my parents are still without airThis is a terrible companyThey do not care about the customer obviouslyThey lieThey never show up

He could have at least told them he wasn't coming back so we could have found someone else by now. So my parents are still without air. This is a terrible company. They do not care about the customer obviously. They lie. They never show up.
