In regards to complaint #***, our office apologizes for any inconvenience caused to the consumerThe consumer stated that it was a PayPal Buyer’s account, and that the account was not hers based on contacting PayPal directlyWhen a company sells their delinquent accounts, they no longer keep
that information on file after the sale is completedThe new company then receives the information regarding the accountIt’s difficult to say the consumer never had an account when multiple companies have the same account; on the other hand, we understand the consumer’s concern being that multiple agencies are retaining her informationAccording to the account notations for the consumer,she was contacted by these other companies before her payment was processedPayment was scheduled for processing on September 14, and notations show other companies called her September 4th, September 8th and September 10thThe consumer never asked for her payment to not be processed at any point in timeI would like to make clear that we do not sell any of our consumer’s informationOur account management department is currently investigating into the broker of this account, since she has been contacted so many timesIt is possible for multiple agencies to have the same account or similar account if the broker has illegally sold the account multiple timesI can assure the consumer we are not a fraudulent companyDocuments were sent via our e-sign service to the consumer, which she did signMany fraudulent companies’ pressure customers into paying right away and provide no documentationWe do not operate our company in that manner, and strive for customer satisfaction.To resolve this matter with the consumer, we will issue a refund in the form of a certified check and it will be mailed via United States Postal ServiceWe wish for the consumer to not label our office as a “scam, or fraudulent”companyA fraudulent company would not respond to her complaint or fulfill her wishes with a refundOur office will place the consumer on our do not call list and can assure she will not be contacted againIf the consumer does wish to stop the contact from other agencies, it would be in her best interest to issue each of them a cease and desist noticeIt is a shame that the consumer has been treated so poorly from the companies she had listedOnce again, we apologize for any inconvenience and hope our integrity in resolving this matter is acceptable to the consumer.Sincerely,Alexander ***
