Hi *** *** ***,We are sorry to hear you are having problems with your lease. Unfortunately it seems as though the leasepayment schedule you are on is correct based your lease agreement. You signed an agreement that included yourfirst payment as part of the down payment on the
lease. When a lease agreement is signed, the firstpayment is due immediately. This immediatepayment is the payment that was covered by your down payment. The payment request you received a monthafter signing the agreement was your second lease payment. The second payment is not covered by themoney you put down when leasing the vehicle. We are sorry for any confusion this may have caused.We would also like to apologize for the delay in you gettingyour desired vehicle. This was asituation where we needed to locate your desired vehicle from anotherdealership and have it transported to our dealership. The amount of time this process takes canvary greatly depending on how easy it is to find the desired vehicle and howfar the dealership is from Copeland ToyotaThis should have been communicatedto you during the lease process and we apologize if it was not.Please let us know if we can be of further assistance
