- we set a date, they didn’t show. I called other vendors to schedule a look. They show up randomly 5 days after the set date, ask to start working. I wanted a contract, they gave a so-so one. I had to contact the other vendors not to show, but I hate wasting people’s time. Minus one star for professionalism.

- they cut down 3 out of 7. Mentioned they’ll be back. They came back 48 hours after the set date. Had a jungle of a backyard. Very slow to respond when calling/texting. Minus another star.

- they cut the remaining trees down. They didn’t have Their own equipment for clean up, so they used my rakes. They put trash from they vehicles in my trash bin. The crew left a bunch of bottles and trash in the front and back yard. I had to clean that up. Minus another star.

- they said they’d be back to pick up the 3 large logs 🪵 that they left. 3+ weeks later, haven’t heard from them. Minus another star.

- we negotiated for them to remove the wood from the deck where one of the trees they cut. They didn’t. Minus another star.

- when transporting the logs with the bobcat, they hit my neighbor’s nice tree and put some nice dents in it. They could have cut the logs shorter to prevent that, so I think that’s kinds of lazy. Minus another star.

Even if you have the best price, there’s certain standards to uphold regarding: professionalism, service, and value. If you need to cut costs, yes hit these guys up. Just lower your standards involving ethics and decency...

Would not recommend this company, did incomplete work the work.

This company is very unprofessional. I asked for a Quote and he started high at some crazy amount for such a small job. He then said he would do the job for a lower price. The job was half way done, they did not clean up their mess, never took the large tree that was left on the curb. I called and he said he would come back and told me to have the city bring out a container for the tree and him and his guys would come back. I paid the city to deliver and never seen or heard from the owner Anthony again. I have called several times and texted also and he will never respond. I had to pay someone else to finish his job. Not happy and will not recommend this company to anyone.
