In august 2013 the machine showed up problems in the charging system, even though I could make remedies. I found on internet the address of copenlabs , company that produce the device. I got in connection with [redacted], representative of copenlabs through the e-mail. I shipped MK-7P on the address he e-mailed me and also wired 300 dollars for the repair and I gave 200 dollars shipping costs.
