Review: Hello,

I was contacted by TheCopierrepairguy.com recently and they said they would give me copier leads for $45 each. They verify the leads and if they are no good they said they would refund any charges for leads that were just estimates.

a week later I got a bill for $270 for No service calls and they refused to refund any money.

This company says anything to get make a sale.Desired Settlement: I would like the money back they took from my account.

Review: The company rep ([redacted]) called from CopierRepairMan.com and asked if we would try their service (again), offering to advertise our company name by clicking on a link on their suggested website. I do not believe this was a good service, with very poor communication on their part. Lack of billing details when I asked, and when cancelling this service I was required to email them. But, that didn't stop the service. I then had to call and follow up three times to finalize the cancellation, because nobody called me back. But, they called me many times when they wanted my business! All of a sudden, I couldn't reach anyone when I wished to cancel the service. I do not agree with the recent charges of $360.00 that they demanded payment for, and didn't supply me with any billing description details. When initially verbally signing up, no contract needed, I explained we would try this service again and that a previous employee ([redacted]) was not longer with our company. However, emails for payment and inquiries were directed to her email. (Luckily, I am still having her emails forwarded to me after 1 year of such employee was released from our Company (Benchmark Office Systems). Thanks, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I wish to cancel the service with CopierRepairMan.com and receive refund for $360.00 as no communication for billing details has been provided and this was a terrible experience. Thanks, [redacted]

Dear Dispute Mediator,

We are saddened to hear that [redacted] is unhappy with the status of her account with us as we pride ourselves on providing the best possible customer service and satisfaction with the quality of our product.

[redacted] opted to reactivate their account with us on 5/**/14 during a phone conversation with one of our sales representatives. Our first recorded contact regarding cancellation of the account was a call to our customer support line on 7/**/14. At this time, the account was paused to prevent any new charges associated with the account while we attempted to reach the primary contact listed on the account. On 7/**/14, one of our representatives was able to reach the primary contact with [redacted] and cancellation of the account was finalized.

At the time of cancellation, there was an outstanding balance of $360 on the account for industry relevant phone calls received by the client prior to the requested cancellation date of 7/**/14. The most recent billable call included in this balance was received by [redacted] on 7/**/14 and, as always, audio recordings of all billed calls are stored inside the user account provided to [redacted] by CopierRepairMan.com. However, seeing that the client appears to be displeased with the services provided to them, we have ceased efforts to collect this balance, and [redacted] will not receive further phone calls or email correspondence from CopierRepairMan.com in reference to this balance.
