I cannot get resolution for mailing problems with Canada post Our organization relies upon the mail to receive donations and frequently these donation letters are lost in the mailAlso payments we make to businesses in the community are not delivered; in some cases these businesses are mere blocks away from the post office in our community We are being charged late fees and heaven knows how many donations were not delivered In one case a donation was mail at the drop box in the post office and it took days to travel the feet to our mail box Our frequent requests to locate these "lost" letters are met with a blank stares and a promise to "look around the garbage bins" Not once have our lost items been located and never has the post office followed up Our mail always are addressed correctly and contain return addressesMakes me wonder what a postage stamp is for anyway
I bought an item from [redacted] and it's shipped using Canada Post. The package clearly written down the my address correctly but the [redacted] mail person delivered to the wrong address. Well lucky for him, the nice guy from that house brought the item over to us. [redacted]. [redacted]
Two packages expected delivered to by business. Both packages marked as "business closed" despite this not being the case. Both packages delivered independently and failed. No actual attempt to get into the building and/or office made. Teir 1 support is unable to do anything but read back to you what you see on the internet. When escalated, the supervisor was apathetic and placed no accountability on the system, instead pointing to workflows that they have in place that have already failed.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT CANADA POST[redacted]. The Canada Post employee would not hand me my passport package in spite of me presenting the 3 forms of identification needed. Furthermore, he was extremely rude and uncooperative. As he didn't even suggest an alternative or what else I could do to obtain my passport package. He didn't realize that I needed the passport to leave Canada and enter the US. Without it I would be stranded in Canada. He in fact stated "In 15 days I will send the package back to the [redacted]. You can collect it from them then." I was appalled at his lack of interest in doing his job and in his intention to make things difficult for me. All along he was speaking in the rudest possible fashion. Finally, a customer walked in and told them that a bank statement was also proof of address that could be used in lieu of residence lease. I had presented him with my drivers license, residential lease, bank check book but hedidnt acce
I can't file a claim without a support ticket but your system is so limited that it won't accept my ticket, and you telephone answering service conveniently states that you won't be accepting my call... ever. Worst service.
