The response from the company does not accurately reflect the way they conducted business with us We met with of the manager on 10/14/15, the day after filing the Revdex.com complaint I have attached a document outlining our meeting and the way the conducted business with us during the contract signing Attached is also a copy of the contract that CNW mailed us on February 12, with months as the term agreement After contract is a month contract which we received from *** ***, their leasing company, on July 20, This is when we realized that there was a problem The final attachment is an email conversation which I had with the sales rep., Mark P*** confirming that I was signing a month contract This email conversation took place on June 23, 2014, two days prior to signing the contract.

I'm not sure where the customer came up with the 12 month lease.  12 month leases are almost never done in the copier industry.  The original agreement was for a B&W and a color machine, then a new agreement for two color machines was generated per the customer's request, so maybe...

the confusion started at that point. The original program agreement from the leasing company is for a 63 month lease, which is very standard in our industry.  The customer received a copy of the executed 63 month agreement from the leasing company in February 2015, but did not question the term of the lease until late August 2015, when she wanted to take her business to another company.
