Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
The business is refusing to issue me a refund, however, has no problem allowing me to transfer my credits to someone else in order to my dogs trainedI requested a refund for because training my dog did nothing but cause me mental and emotional stressI felt nothing but emotional pain for my dog as I watched corrective behavior being conducted and that further aggravated my mental disabilitiesThe decision to no longer use CoPilot was a personal one and purely based on health reasons
Regards,

A refund was never promised. Please refer to the contract section below. DEPOSIT, PAYMENTS, RESCHEDULES, CONTRACT TERMINATIONAll deposits and all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. All sessions must be used within 4 (four) months of purchase date. 24-hour notice is required to reschedule a session....

Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the session without refund. If I am late for a lesson, I understand that tardiness results in missed lesson time and will not be made up. If I am late to a group class, I understand that tardiness results in missed lesson time and will not be made up. All fees are nonrefundable. The trainer reserves the right to terminate the training program at any time due to lack of cooperation from the client.Douglas did sign the contract agreement on June 1, 2016. Copilot Academy would be more than happy to provide a copy to the Revdex.com.June 7, 2016 @ 8:26am: Copilot Academy received an email from the client requesting to pull his dog from the program and rehome her for a fee. June 7, 2016 @ 11:12am: Copilot Academy replied with an email stating that they were in the process of contacting [redacted] to try and help the client rehome his dog. June 10, 2016 @ 11:52am: Client email to Copilot "Decided to keep [redacted] and not let her go at the moment. She mentioned that you all might finish the training with her working with [redacted] instead or working with [redacted]. Once you all decide what you would like to do, then please let me know. I have clients sign the contract so it keeps the commitment reserved on both ends."June 12, 2016 @ 5:08pm: Email from client "Thank you!"October 4, 2016 @ 6:54am: Email submission from client "I have an outstanding credit with you and would like to see if I can get that refunded back to me. The amount was approximately 600 dollars. Thank you for your assistance."October 4, 2016 @ 7:56am: Copilot Academy email to client "Please refer to the below emails corresponded on June 12th. We addressed the same training credit inquiry at that time. The credit can be transferred to training another dog, but not refunded per our agreement. If you know someone that would like to sign their dog up for training and wants to pay you, then I will credit the amount you have already paid to their training instead. Quarterly taxes have already been submitted and paid on your original training amount."October 15, 2016 @ 6:34am: Email from client "Hello, I am inquiring about a refund for services that I canceled. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated."October 15, 2016 @ 3:59pm: Copilot Academy email to client "Please reference the emails sent on June 12th and October 4th regarding your request for a refund. The contract states that all training expires after a 4 month time period from the time of signature, which was June 1, 2016. Client only chose to use one of 6 lessons.
