Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
The business is refusing to issue me a refund, however, has no problem allowing me to transfer my credits to someone else in order to my dogs trainedI requested a refund for because training my dog did nothing but cause me mental and emotional stressI felt nothing but emotional pain for my dog as I watched corrective behavior being conducted and that further aggravated my mental disabilitiesThe decision to no longer use CoPilot was a personal one and purely based on health reasons
