Review: I parked my car at this Garage located in New York City right across the street from [redacted] theatre with my two brothers who were in the car at the same time when we left the car in perfect running condition. This took place at approximately 5:45pm. We went to watch a movie and upon finishing said movie we returned to the parking garage to pick up my mothers car. Upon the valet returning the car me and my two brothers noticed the engine was making a loud clunk unfamiliar noise and tried to inquire with the valets and agents about the sound and how to file a complaint. We were not allowed to do either and were given a number that directs us to the [redacted] which we tried to leave a message about our complaint and still have not received and update. I took the car to my mechanic today, first thing this morning and the mechanic tells me my engine for my mother recently bought used for me has a blown engine. My problem at the moment is I do not know who or how to get in contact with any one from the [redacted] even though I have the number given to me and have tried a dozen times reaching a claims representative who's number keeps going to voicemail and I keep leaving message. I need help ASAP. This is absurd I checked my car into a garage in fine working condition and it is returned to me with a shot motor as if the valet didn't know what he was doing and blew the engine. SIGH. Please Help. Someone. Anyone. The phone number one the receipt states the # is [redacted].Desired Settlement: Plain and simple my mechanic said my engine is blown. If need be and mechanics diagnosis is needed it can and will be provided. I want to be compensated knowing that I will have to pay for another engine plus the labor charges. It is not fair me and my family just got this vehicle not even a month and we park at a parking garage in the city and they destroy our property then treat us like they don't know what we're talking about and run us around the mill to file a complaint for negligence.
