Mr R*** can use his certificates next year as they do not expire
For the record the last time we mowed he seemed very happy and shook my hand, then to find out that we didn't do a good job on the last mowing is a shock to meUsually
people call or email me within hours when making complaints, they usually don't wait months, this would be the first compliant thru the Revdex.com that I know of and we are not even signed up with the Revdex.com
Tell Allen he can call us next year and we can come out and mow when he is ready

I accept this resolution as long as when I attempt to contact the owner next year, business is handled in a professional manner and services are completed adequatelyI do not want services to be sub-par as retaliation for this complaint or lawn estimates to be over-quoted as a result of this complaintI will intend on contacting Copley Lawn Care in the spring and expect my inquiries to be answered professionally and promptlyThank you
