I am so sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. Being a city center hotel can be challenge at times with city noise and we are so very sorry that you were disturbed. As you saw the first three nights that you were with us we did not have any noise complaints. this case the hotel received a noise complaint on the last night of a four night stay and offered the guest compensation of 50% off of the room rate for the final night.  We believed that this was sufficient compensation for a noise complaint of this nature and made a sincere attempt to apologize to the guest.  While we are a city center hotel with lively attractions in and around the hotel we do consider a noise complaint to be a serious issue and always react to the guests needs.  I am glad that my team reacted appropriately with compensation and hope that you will choose to stay with us again.  Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.  [redacted], Director of Rooms, The Copley Square Hotel
