What a two faces liar I had one of my friends email the address that was on the Craig's list post and *** responded I'm sorry but I have or more customers that will dude with me on the quality of my work, the only reason this is going on with this person is he is to big of a as hole to accept the face that I was unable to make it to his house of a couple weeks due to a problem at home, he decried that he would be a assAnd not let me return to the home and take care of these alleged problems so I will not pay or settle with any thing with him because this is all due to his ignorance iv been in phone contact with Craig's list they have a record of the email that it posting my personal information on thereThey gave ways of doing that I guess even if he keeps his comments confidential I will gladly spend the money on my layer and I can sue for the average amount of money that was lost due to people seeing his comments I gave copy's from fraise list of his email being on all of his posts and I will be during for the average amount if money I have brought in on Pryor months compared to this month that he's been doing this, also for defamation of a business and slander of a personal person so once again I might have settled before he started the posts on Craig's list but after he did that there is no way in my life time I will do it any more, thank you and have a greAt day, also he's saying I'm operating my company with out insurance bull st I have all my papers a can provide proof and I do on a daly basis to my current customers
B & M painting and staining *** ***

I hired B & M Painting to do some work on of my rental properties, he took the 50% down and have not seen him sinceHe does not return phone calls, states in only e-mail conversation that his phone is junk, caught him in several lies, he has kept our paint that we provided and also our $he did about hours of work and told the neighbor he needed a ladder, he told us he ran out of paintNeither makes sense My husbnd leaves him messages daily and has not returned any phone calls

I find ***'s response repulsive, degrading, unprofessional and typical of what I've dealt with while he walked around my house talking behind our back. It truly saddens me the way he has chosen to conduct himself on our property and through this process.
In addition to our $ I would ask for an apology for his unprovoked character assassination and slanders comments. I expected more from him when I welcomed him into our home as a bonded and insured painter and I certainly expect more from him as a human being then to write such unbelievable and hurtful lies
If *** refuses to do the right thing and own his mistakes I would like the Revdex.com to guide me in additional steps to take through this process and provide me with other agencies that would be willing to assist in resolving this difficult and trying situation. Thank you

I am warning anyone looking for a painter in the Green Bay/ Fox Valley areaBryan *** of B and M Painting and Staining is horrible and unprofessionalI have a signed contract on specified job that he did not completeI have used professional painters in the past and never dealt with such problems beforeHe makes you pay half down on the job b/c he doesn't have the money to start it! He prefers you pay cash but will accept checkHis work is sloppy, leaving paint drips on floors, counters, cabinets, light fixtures etcHe even missed to parts of my walls where the trim meets the wall and corner and had to be shownI am unhappy as he stood me up on a job not finished pocketing my money and a can of paintHe asked if he could bring a hired person to assist him who I never met while I was at work to finish the jobI replied absolutely not and he said that was fine and he'd do it himselfHe was supposed to work today and left a note in my house with spray cans of paint stating he would not finish the job b/c he needed his worker to assist himDuring this whole process of dealing with him for a month, he would not show up when he said he would, he would be late and even ask to work around his schedule and personal problemsOn the initial estimate day, he didn't show up until I called hours after the agreed time and his response was he forgot!! I had so many red flags and I should have declined his serviceFollow the saying "You get what you pay for!"

I can't not believe some people I explained to them that in over two months behind I have not taken a new job in three months I'm trying to catch upAs far as contacting them I
have been there just up set because I not able to get there to there I will not refund a penny on my new contract and it one that they recived it says if your terminating me from the project because of something that's out of my control it stars you will not recive a refund they signed tgat contrary at no point did I say I would not be doing there job do this is just them being stubborn

the damaged carpet and clean up is going to cost more. Not sure how to amend that?

[redacted] has not shown up nor contacted us. He did speak to my parents however failed to show up when he indicated and has not called back. The job remains paid in full and not complete. This is very frustrating as all we would like is for the job to be completed as I dictated in the contract and a little direct communication from him.

contractor I begged to start. This job  before all the new carpet and floors were put in and she told me no, I will not do a dam thing for this crazy useless woman I don't care!!!! She should have or is soon to receive papers. From my layer!!!!! I hope she sees this message because I want get to see this because I'm not the kinda person to say it to her face. Kiss my as you are the classic example of why society is the way it is, nothing will ever be good enough for you!!!! Once again kiss my as lady I wanted to say that so bad you will not get a penny from me on face your going to be paying me!!!!!!!!! I will not respond to any other comments for this looser as iv bee instructed by my attorney

This reply does not resolve the complaint.  The lies continue. There has been no contact from the business since June 27 when a text was sent indicating the job would be completed by weeks end. No call no show and the job has not been completed as indicted in the contract.  Our texts have gone unreturned and our countless calls and voicemails have  also gone unreturned.  The business has not been to our residence nor has he been to my parents residence where he also has not completed his inside and outside work, no contact with them either.
I fully understand being behind due to circumstances beyond ones control however he has cashed our checks and has been paid in full and there has been no communication from him since june.  If the business can complete the job as indicated in the contract that would meet our expectations.  If not we would like our money back.assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]

[redacted] is not telling you the truth. I have never responded to anyone off of some alleged craigslist ad.  I have all his emails and he did NOT follow thru when he told me he would return, he left my house a complete mess, did not finish his work per the written and signed contract. This guy has no clue what he even says or does. I checked his back ground and he is a criminal, thus due to him not doing as he said he would I do not trust him to return that is why I want my money back or proof of insurance. This guys is nuts. He didn't honor his contract or his word. Regardless of what he alleges, the fact is he took my money and never finished the job. His record shows he is a criminal and I feel robbed by this unprofessional.  That is pretty clear if you read his response.
Please advise how to resolve this, clearly he would rather spend money on a lawyer (layer as he writes it) than honor his work, word and contract. He forgets he told my wife he would return the next day and has given me the run around since. His ego is bruised because I called him out on his terrible work and he won't settle. Please let me know when the Revdex.com puts his rating lower due to not settling.
Really? YOU are the one that has been blowing me off none stop. AND my basement is a mess thanks to you. I will also be letting the state know you are doing cash deals and I have a few more things I can do if you don't want to return the money I paid you for the job you NEVER completed. YOU are the "professional" contractor that drew up the contract and didn't honor it, how am I self centered? Your kid wasn't even hurt when you started blowing me off. There is a special place for people that use there kids as an excuse.
 
Why should I have to wait? Why did you not finish the job? I have been MORE than patient. YOU are just not professional, and a terrible painter AND liar. I will be going after full damages fyi.
 
You have ONE last chance to get me my cash or you will be going to court. And we all know your criminal record won't work in your favor....

I talked to [redacted] and we set a date for which is tomarrow to take care of his deck and when I spoke to him I asked that he pass a message on to the steeno's that I had my phone provider block there number from my phone so I have not recive there calls and I ask Larry to tell them to please contact me by email and we could hash everything over and finish everything up and be fine with it. With that being said it's raining as we Speak, so I will have to set a new date with the steenos and mintas B & M painting and staining

This entire condo  recived 2 costs of paint. The sand texture in this home takes more psi t then normal. If there's any area that are not coverd correctly then they require a third coat, which I will not return and do for free, also he called to let me know I missed behind The fridge I offered...

to turn around and come back and he said he would get it. The day I finished his wife walked through the home at least twice and said we did a great job and signed a final walk through paper. The home needs a third coat of osint which was explained to them. I'm not in the business of working for free. Thank you

I would never recommend this business to anyone. Price was great initially but a date was promised for painting (a weekend day) and 2 days prior to the agreed upon date (which was scheduled a full month prior), the job was confirmed by the company that it would be completed on the agreed upon date. However, I rec'd notice the day prior they may not do my work, with no further explanation given, and when I contacted Bryan, the owner, to question why the delay, he began screaming at me right away and said he'd return my deposit and if I couldn't have the work done on a weekday, he wouldn't be doing it; which was in direct contradiction to what he said when he provided the estimate. Totally unprofessional to scream at your client. He was completely rude and I would never recommend his company to anyone. He doesn't deserve to stay in business if that's how he treats his customers!

We have never said we wanted any work done for FREE.  All we ever asked from [redacted] was to return to our home and look at what we were unhappy with and to finish what was not done and PAID for.   I did say I would paint behind the refrigerator, before I saw the job for myself.  [redacted] is aware that I live an hour away from this condo and didn't see it for myself for a couple of days.  He would not have turned around and come back that day anyway.  He said if the person who is living there would leave the door open, he would come back another day.  From the time I told him there were other things besides behind the refrigerator and that I wanted to meet him there to discuss, there was nothing but excuses (similar to the ones posted from others on this website, such as he lost his phone, can't come because of his son, can't text because his mother is in ICU, etc.)  He wouldn't set an appointment to return, after several attempts to contact him, but said we were rude and disrespectful.  Why, because there are things we are not happy about?  We didn't call him any names or cut down everything he painted for us.  We just wanted him come back and LOOK at and fix what we weren't happy about.  This is normal customer service for any business.  Also, It would be his chance to say so if he didn't agree with us.   Apparently, a customer is not allowed to address anything to him unless it's a compliment.  
Regarding the walls needing 3 coats--this was never discussed when we met [redacted] to figure out the amount of paint needed and to sign the contract.  He is the painter, the one we expect to figure it out.  He said, and we agreed, that we needed 2 coats on all walls.  It is apparent that there are some walls that do not have 2 coats.  Again, we ask him to come and at least see for himself.  If they have 2 coats and needed 3 and you knew it, why didn't you say so?  Sorry, we don't believe it, as you can tell what was covered with 2 coats and those are fine. 
My wife went to the condo because [redacted] insisted someone be there not only to see it, but to pay the bill.  [redacted] and his new painter were still working, so the tarps and paint were still down and she wasn't able to look around thoroughly as she didn't want to disturb them working.  The helper was still painting the laundry room at the time and [redacted] was touching up.  She was certainly taken back by the big difference in the colors from what it was before, thus her excitement.  She has never painted herself, thus admitting she is no expert, but after being able to look things over completely, has seen the areas not covered.  When she arrived at the condo, he spoke a lot about the sand finish on the walls and how the paint soaks in and how other painters wouldn't even take a job with sand finish walls.  Did he know some of the walls were not covered well at that time?  It would seem so, but that wasn't said.  
Again, we don't expect free services, just want finished what we paid for. If you don't want to come back, refund us for what we have to have fixed by someone else.  It's very simple and not an unusual request.

Over priced and poor quality are the major issues. There was paint on windows and all work was not completed. The job was not perform with any professionalism.

I see there is a complaint from this [redacted] there is no way I'm my life time I will give him any money,he was nothing but verbally abusive the entire time on the job other then when I did the estimate this guy is so low I could see him do reading black paint all over to make it look like I did this . I'm prepared to go to court, never once did I say that I would not go back and do any touch anything up or look over any mess that I MIGHT have made I had a family issue on the day we agreed on and because it did not go the way he wanted he threw a fit like a child, so after that I set up one more date and my son fell a shattered three fingers and has been through three operations to install pins a screws so I put my entire business on hold because I have no family in the area to help me watch him, so of corse [redacted] insisted that I'm making this up which really pisses me off. So I was and  still am willing to fix the things that need to be fixed but [redacted] is choosing not to.

I wish I would've read the reviews before we hired Brian to do painting and staining. It is so similar to the complaints previously written that it is really scary how this man is still in business. He painted two rooms in our home and did a sloppy job. Paint dripped in our tile shower, tiled floors, and on cabinetry. Paint also swiped over towel bars and on light fixtures. He never ended up doing our staining on our deck. After numerous cancellations from him and he even went as far as bringing a death in the family card into play! I am furious with this man who stated he would give us our deposit back but it's been almost two months and no check yet. He doesn't respond to texts anymore. Unreal how someone can do this to people! I am more upset with myself for believing there are still good small businessman around in this area. Beware people... DO NOT US B & M PAINTING AND STAINING. Check wcca he has a [redacted]! We will be filling one as well. Do your homework people! Check Angie's list also!
