I bought this product based on a manipulative Instagram ad which did not accurately reflect the product. My email regarding this was ignored.
After seeing a sponsored ad (a live action commercial) on Instagram, I purchased a bundled package of multiple products to try the full line. Once the products were received, I quickly realized how deceptive and misleading the commercial was. I reached out to the company via email and my email was ignored. Horrible, deceptive business practices and lack of customer care at any level. Plenty of time to update Instagram, but no time or bother to reply to customers. Shady.

This is regarding an online order (XXXXX) I placed on December 1st. I've been given the runaround and several excuses and promisesbut still no shipment on my order after several attempts to find out when they will ship it. They have stopped answering emails, so I feel I have to escalate this to get resolution.
