Company was asked repeatedly to produce an invoice for submitted an insurance claim. Did not communicate clearly when they would be here while doing the job. Did not provide provide the invoice as asked for until I threatened to take actions. Owner even indicated that paperwork was not his favorite thing to do. For a company that deals with various disaster mitigation's one would think the owners would be on spot with completing necessary paperwork.

This guy and his partner in crime (Curt) are scam artists... Hired them to do some repairs to my home, they canceled multiple times. Finally came and did half the work, at the end of the day made a huge disaster out of my home causing me to have to pay other contractors to come and fix the damage he caused. Then he threatened me via text message expecting full payment for an unfinished and inadequate job.

Jason started work at our house and on our bathroom, we painted the bathroom so we had him wait to finish the work until we got done painting. That took a weekend and we asked Jason when he could come back to finish the work and he didn’t answer any questions for 3 months and finally came and did part of the work to get our bathroom flooring in and at least a working bathroom. He couldn’t finish the work that day so he was supposed to come back and finish the work that weekend. He never answered back and hasn’t now for 2 months. We paid him for the work ahead of time and with him not finishing the work or answering our messages are out of options. We need to get the work finished or have him refund all of the money to us so we can get someone who will actually finish the work.
