Review: We spoke with [redacted] of Copper Creek Photography in September of 2014 to book him for a wedding in September of 2015. We sent a check for $500 for a deposit in early October 2015. As we just wanted to check in with him about details now 3 months away from Wedding, cannot find his website and phone is disconnected. We did research and found that he swindled many young couples back in 2004 and looks to be up to the same thing again, now.Desired Settlement: We could like a full refund of our $500 and this man should be indefinitely banned from business.

Review: My son and daughter in law were married on July 4, 2014 at [redacted]. [redacted] of Copper Creek Photography was hired to do the wedding photos. I was charged $1522.16. I paid by check $1000.00 made out to [redacted] on 05/17/14. I have a copy of the cancelled check. On 07/23/14 I paid by my Citi credit card $522.16. After numerous calls and texts [redacted] delivered garbage photos to my son's home. The large 10x13 photo was placed in a cheap frame and the photo was tapped to the matting. The tape was filthy!!! They never received their keep sake box or bound photo book. [redacted] delivered a $5.00 photo album and shoved pictures in the sleeves. They received 3 8x10's and 5 5x7's all printed at Walmart. The total cost being approximately a whole $40.00 he spent at Walmart.. I filed a dispute with Citi card and they have issued me a contingent credit of $522.16 and [redacted] has until 120/01/14 to dispute it. I am sure I will win.[redacted] has a past record and has done this before. He is ripping off families again!!! [redacted] is a thief and needs to be stopped. I will be contacting the Attorney Generals Office, after I take him to court! It states in the article that he is no longer permitted to work as a photographer in Pennsylvania. So how is he?????????????????????[redacted] closed his photography shop in Irwin in July, 2014, but still continues his business and uses the same phone number of the business. His address is as follows:[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want the $1000.00 he still owes me, as I believe my credit card company believes he is a thief, after the evidence I have given them, and I will be able to keep me contingent credit of $522.16.I need the Revdex.com to believe in me too.I also need the Revdex.com to stop him from taking money from future bride and grooms and their families. I need the Revdex.com to stand up for the consumer and stop him from ever doing this again!!!!In the eyes of the law this may be a Civil Case, but [redacted] is a thief!

Review: I signed a contract for photography for my April 10, 2015 wedding and put down a $475.41 deposit for the photos.I researched Copper Creek Photography online, and notice the business has been shut down. I also read reviews that the photographer [redacted] is not allowed to take photos in the state of PA. I called the business phone numbers and they were disconnected. The website for the company has also been shut down. I was never notified that the company has been shut down. I would like to be reimbursed for my deposit as I have signed a contract and did not receive the services that I paid for.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the deposit $475.41.

Review: We prepaid the photographer for my daughters Senior year book pictures and he has defaulted on the pictures and never returned the money. He will not retun my calls.Desired Settlement: We would like a full refund for the pictures we had bought and never received.

I spoke to you on the phone a few minutes ago regarding the [redacted] senior portraits. I spoke with [redacted]'s mom and stated that I needed the picture number they choose to complete the order. She stated she send that to me this evening. Once I have that I can fulfill their order. I will follow up with you once that is done.
