Yes the resident did have issues in his apartment and we were trying to negotiate with the resident to transfer in another unit and it was set for the 15th of August after judgement had taking place on the 25th of JulyDue to us having judgment because *** *** and all other occupants
didn't follow correct protocol to withhold rent via certify mail and didn't appear in court to tell his side of the story for his unpaid rent and possession of the apartmentWe did everything we possibly could to make sure ** *** and his occupants lived at our community comfortably to waiving late fees for the inconvenience per his leak, to allowing his son to be on the lease contract legally and his girlfriend, and to transfer to a new unit at the same price.Now we had to file a writ on *** *** because he owed all of July and August pure lived in rent up until the date of the 21stWe tried to transfer *** *** but in order to transfer he had to pay all of July and August and add his son *** to the leaseWhich the unit that he was going to be transferred into the rent was going to stay the same due to a leak in his apartmentHe then changed his mind at last minute stating the cost will be outrageous and just wanted the problems to fixedDuring the writ process *** *** other son who resides in a nearby community was also thereHe had commented that *** *** had given his son the opportunity and he took advantage of itSo with that information that he told me, the manger, and our maintenance staff that he leased this apartment for someone else other than himself

This is untrue*** *** had signed a eviction hold off and and we filed Eviction on her last month and dismissed it even though she didn't pay the whole payment as required due but told her we will work with herThe allegations she is making against us is falseI don't have her file and I have
showed her proof that we didn't over charge her for her fees and deposits and showed her that we didn't over charge her and provided the documents to herI don't think she fully understands and she refuses to talk with us in personShe only wants to communicate via email which is fine but obviously there is some communication error via emailNow I don't have the following documents to provide you since my assistant is filing eviction for not paying her agreed amount and in order to get assistance she will have to pay $and in return the resource that we have provided will assist her with the $remainingShe dose not want to pay that because she feels like we over charged her and we didn'tOnce my assistant comes backfrom filing eviction for non payment of rentI will provide the documentation to back *** *** side of the situationShe did mention she was going to fight us til the end and theres nothing to dispute and I wish she will see that.Also to note, she had another occupant that had taken her name off the lease and *** *** has mentioned that she couldn't afford the apartment on her ownI told her she would have to be current on her rent to even think about transferring into something smallI have helped her out last month and given her resources to get assistance and she is taking advantage of them

I am rejecting this response because: The problem was not rectified prior to July 1, A service technician was out and the unit blew cold air
for about min before it stopped againWe submitted the problem back to the office the next morningAfter a number of excuses, we had to submit complaints to the city and the county as well as send the apartment manager a certified letter on July The problem was rectified to our satisfaction on July - the day after the apartment manager received our certified letter

On 11/09/2015 Ms. [redacted] reported a roof leak in her unit,
this is the only time that this was reported. It was explained that we have
contractors that handle this and we would put her on the list. The contractors
were out in late December or early January and did roof repairs. On February...

2016 Ms. [redacted] called said her apartment was flooding. Maintenance was sent
immediately. The issue was that the residents in the upstairs unit had
overflowed their toilet left it over flowing and did not report to office. We
immediately stopped the toilet from upstairs and called the carpet company for
flood damage. They removed the pad, cleaned the damage and left air handlers to
dry the carpet. It is a requirement that all residents carry renters insurance,
as Ms. [redacted] had let hers lapse she is asking for damages.As for the insects, it was reported to us approximately 2
weeks ago. We have had pest control out and what she is seeing is a type of
beetle. We had her unit treated by pest control on 2/8/2016. If you need anything please let me know.

The resident had failed to mention that she is recently married and her husband is not on the lease unfortunately but she did in fact get this problem rectified quickly with our supervisor and she must pay up until the 26th of January with no Reletting fee. Tell us why here...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.
what iam clearly asking for is simple im not being rude wich that is the treatment I have   Endured all I'm asking is to be let out of the early termination fee I would like my bed replaced as well as my remote . I do not wish to continue to go back-and-forth when I am not the one at fault I am living in unacceptable living conditions how would you feel if you had to pull the mattress you sleep on into the living room just to sleep because you have nowhere else to go because your apartment  is your home.  You would be mad too if in the middle of the night when it's raining outside you hear leaks in your bedroom  every time it rains or every time your upstairs neighbors would shower as well as the unknown bug that was in my apartment for the longest until finally I'm getting ready to leave and the apartment complex chooses to do something about it .So I'm informing you now that if you're going to ignore me and not do anything about this situation!!!!  Example you could have moved me to a temporary apartment while I was here for this last month .My equipment  was used to clean the wet floors in the bathroom wich is disgusting . So ive said enough ive made my demands and if your not taking me serious I guess we will have to discuss these matters in court. And by the way if I told you about the bugs 2 weeks ago I would not have photos of that unknown bug in my phone since the beginning of December and yes the photos are dated.I told the apartments about this leak around the being of November as well as the bugs  and a manger even came and looked at my apartment and still nothing was done and not to mention my refrigerator has been out since January 1. Then  to add more frustration and stress to myself I informed  my apartments about boys above me how they knock on my door in the middle of the night how they always loud and how I'm very afraid the apartments just told me because I did not file a police report that there would be nothing that They could do which I guess that may  be true  but i'm a single woman and there's five boys above me I didn't file a police report because I felt it would cause more chaos then there already is and I didn't want any trouble . If you cant do anything else for me just let me out of my early termination fee that will be my main priority at this point since I'm being  treated unfairly. Iam displeased with these apartments and very saddened that I had to miss work to chase you down right Notes get certain information  it has been an annoying process and I'm just  unsatisfied and I don't have anything else to say but see you in court .
