Copper Electric

I am rejecting this response because:#Richard has never provided me with a copy of the contracts I signed with himI have asked for these contracts numerous times by phone and textHe says he will get me copies, but never does.#Richard says when he went to buy the permit the office only showed proof there was a permit for the electric heaterI do not believe thisPermits and final passed inspections are public records so there is no reason why Richfield would not have told him or shown him the electric heater permit had passed inspection on 3/23/If you go online anyone can see that the electric heater permit passed inspection on 3/23/Furthermore, had Richard not been in such a hurry to cash my check on 4/26/16, he could have seen the passed inspection paperwork in my basement along with all of the other permitsI keep them all together in the basementRichard was in my basement 4/26/but did not bother to look at the permits to see the electric heater had passed on 3/23/I have attached a copy of the passed inspection from 3/23/16. When Richard did not show up for work after assuring him both the city of Richfield and their Electrical inspector had told me everything was in order and there was no reason Richard could not begin work, I told Richard since he would not get to work I wanted my $down payment back for work he never startedHe agreed to return the $by certified mail, but I never received the checkI want the copy of may contracts and I want my $down payment back

Response to complaint ***This customer hired me to wire his basement No sooner did I start the job he decided that he wanted extra work done and so I had him sign a change order He had a handyman working on the framing and who they acted as though was in charge The handyman
was constantly being distracting and nailing with a loud pressurized nail gun, and blaring loud music At first the handyman said they were in no hurry and to just get the living room done and to not worry about the other two rooms Then they came up with a sudden deadline and so I passed my electrical work by their deadline and before the handyman and his framing rough in passed This customer claims that I took "weeks" to finish even though I had my rough in passed BEFORE the framing passed These two just were never going to allow me to finish the job and I think they planned the whole thing AFTER my rough in passed they decided to have electric heat added and chose to have someone else do it Several times they gave the impression that the handyman would be doing this work himself and that there was no permit When the customer called me to finish the final I asked for a down payment to buy electrical parts and a permit to do the final When I went to buy the permit the office only showed proof that there was a permit for the electric heat So I called the customer and asked him to show written proof that there was a final on the electric heat He refused to show proof and suddenly canceled the day after I bought the permit He would not allow me to complete the final.
