Business owner just got off the phone with her husband.  Her husband wasn't even aware that she called the Revdex.com; because the business reacted to the problem, had everything taken care of Monday, they shook hands Monday.  She just really jumped on the bandwagon on Saturday about this....

 She just wouldn't follow procedures that the business owner has to follow.  She says, "your right, I'm right."  Business owner did give her $100 off on the tank, which she credit him $100.  She reissued another check and everything was taken care of Monday.  The business owner just got off the phone with her husband, today, which is Sunday, April the 30th.  He wasn't aware of what she had done.  He apologized for her - just jumping the gun.  The business told the husband that when he called her Friday, he said that he was there to help her, not hurt her in anyway, but he has certain procedures to follow.  He couldn't go outside of the guidelines.  She failed to understand that.  The business' owner went out to her.  He did everything he could.  By Monday afternoon, everything was taken care of.
